Mandurah Dolphin Quay Apartment is securely located on the second floor in Mandurah Ocean Marina. It boasts a protected swimming beach complete with children's playground.

This apartment has superb marina views, and is fully self-contained with two bedrooms & two bathrooms. It has a fully equipped granite kitchen & hidden laundry. The living area & main bedroom has a flat screen TV/DVD & complimentary Wifi. There are a few Foxtel channels and you can connect to Netflix or Prime using your own account details and password. Please ensure you log out when you vacate.
Great location & great views.

A secure underground car bay is available. Extensive marina views through the living area and main bedroom, with access onto a large outdoor balcony, complete with lounge seating and an outdoor dining setting. Beautifully appointed, neutral decor allows you to savour the magnificent views of the relaxing marina lifestyle.

What an apartment. Honestly you want for nothing, you name it, pretty sure it has it. It is superbly & thoughtfully equipped, quality bathroom toiletries, spotless and the inclusion of a bottle of wine & chocolates just topped it all off. Excellent location, underground parking and views (including dolphins on some days) from the balcony, also the bbq shown on the booking photos is now a nice larger one, with a side burner which we used to do a lot of cooking on. An abundance of restaurants & bars just metres away. We also purchased some pirate gear (which we left there for future guests to use if wanted) which we used when the pirate ship passed by and gave them a wave and cheer which was a lot of fun for us old farts and entertained the kids on board the pirate ship. The owners have provided a fantastic living space and sets a high bar, we definitely recommend it and want to go back. Thanks Guys.

Dolphin Quay Apartment Mandurah

We had difficulty finding the right apartment block. I think the address given should include 2 The Palladio which would avoid confusion.The apartment was very comfortable and it had a lovely balcony overlooking the quays and it was well located for attractions etc. The microwave needs replacing! It did not work properly.

Just perfect!

So glad we booked via Stayz and with host Kim, contact was great and the information spot on.A couple of nice welcome treats and a few bits in the kitchen were fab! The balcony has a great view over the water with plenty of wildlife to keep you entertained. This appartment will def be on our “return” list and will look at Stayz again.

Mandurah Sojourn

The apartment was clean bright and well appointed in an excellent location with great balcony views of the marina and sheltered beach. Restaurants close by and in great location for access to Performing Arts Centre, boat hire and dolphin cruises. Great host - responsive, pleasant and efficient.

A great stay

We had an excellent stay at Dolphin Quay Mandurah. The apartment has a lovely coastal decoration feel and is very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you to our host Kim for looking after us. I highly recommend a stay here at Dolphin Quay Apartments.

We had an amazing stay at our Dolphin Quay Apartment. From the moment we stepped in we felt relaxed. The apartment was immaculate, the kitchen was well appointed and the view from the balcony was awesome. The host Kim was great. Any questions we had she answered quickly and with no problems. Perfect family getaway

Our second time staying at this beautifully appointed apartment and our family of four just loved it again. Fantastic location (we hardly needed to use our car), super clean and comfortable, the roomy balcony to relax on with a view over the water and the special touches such as wine, milk and chocolates make it so nice to just step straight in and start relaxing. Lots of morning coffees and reading on the balcony and evening drinks watching the boats, lights and sunset. We loved just walking straight downstairs to the beach and cafes. Fantastic communication with Kim throughout the whole process. Perfect getaway for our family with two teenagers. Definitely would book again!

Mandurah Christmas Breakaway

Apartment very well presented and thank you for the Christmas decorations and the wine - much appreciated! we love the setting of Dolphin Quay, which provides access to an array of coffee shops, restaurants, the foreshore and all within walking distance. This apartment provided us with water views and a beautiful ambience of lighting, aromas floating up from restaurants, the noise of people enjoying themselves and constant activity of vessels on the water. We could enjoy this all day long. When bedtime came around however, everything changed - and not for the better. We did not look forward to sleeping, because the beds were extremely uncomfortable. It literally felt like sleeping on the floor, the mattresses were that - not firm - but hard. We tried all the beds and eventually laid out the dunas under the sheets, just to provide a little bit of softness underneath but that did not quite make a difference. Our 28-year old son visited for two nights and he ended up sleeping, sitting up in the arm chair, mid-way through the first night. It is strongly recommended that the owners consider replacing the mattresses or adding mattress toppers for all of the beds. We would love to stay in this unit again but that will not happen if it cannot be confirmed that the sleeping experience will be vastly improved.
