Great place to stay. Washer and dryer pots and pans. Fabulous view. Within walking distance to several restaurants shops in the beach. Ping-pong table and vending machine downstairs.
My two complaints would be the bed and old coffee machine. The bed makes a lot of noise and can be upgraded. The coffee machine should be an Kuerig machine. Other than that, the condo was clean and maintenance helped right away with the shower.
Very enjoyable, very clean, loved having a washer/ dryer. A little walk to get to the beach! But overall great! Pool was wonderful, grounds were kept up perfectly! Would definitely go back.
This is an excellent property! Located close to restaurants and shopping. The view from our unit was beautiful and the unit was accommodating and clean.
Would look into staying there again if we are in the area. Appreciated having access to beach chairs and umbrella and a full sized washer and dryer. Well stocked kitchenette. Loved the ping pong.
The TRS employees we dealt with were very kind and nice to interact with. Overall a good experience

Excellent
Everything I needed was in the unit. Beautiful sunsets from your private patio. Decorated nicely. We will definitely be back. Tammy is amazing
The Southbeach property was very average. The outside definitely needs some sprucing up. Only one elevator was working and it was dirty. The condo we rented was clean overall. I understand it’s a beach condo. It is a very dated in furnishings and very basic. The view was beautiful and that was our favorite. The back courtyard had been redone and was very nice. We were very pleased with the Treasure Island area. The beach was lovely. My husband and I are both Florida natives. We hadnt been to the beach believe it or not in years. We decided to get away for Fathers Day weekend. We enjoyed our stay but not sure that we would choose this property in the future.
The unit is clean but could have a little more of basic kitchen's necessities such us a sharp kitchen knife, scissor, cutting board and more utensils/plates. Poor communication. We asked the management company about the late check out on Friday the 27th and the person in the office (Anna?) gave us until noon without any extra charge. The day of check-out we received 3 missed calls, around 10:15 and they mentioned the cleaning person were in the unit and saw all of our belongings were there (we were in the beach and planned to clean up and leave around 11:30) I called them back and they told me they had to charge us 80 for a late check out until 3 pm. I told them that wasn't what the person in the office said but in the end I paid the charge. With that said, they could've told us prior and we could've make a difference arrangement.
The location is convenient on the North end of Treasure Island, about 3/4 mile from a Publix and the downtown area. There were a few things I did not like that would keep me from renting this unit again. Bed was not that comfortable, there were only 2 king pillows and they were flat and the only "extra pillows" where two very small (I mean like smaller than standard size) pillows with no pillow cases. The bedroom faces the hall and a light comes through the window at night, which kept us up. A room darkening shade is needed. Also a bit of traffic noise can be heard from the bedroom. Also we were there for 3 nights and would have used the washer/dryer, but there were no laundry pods. It would be nice if they left at least one for you. Also, not a fan of all the extra work you have to do to rent, like sign rental agreements and send in your drivers license and credit card you used to book. Overall, a huge hassle. I will get a hotel on the beach the next time.
The condo was clean and close to the beach just as we had hoped! However, I was a little disappointed in the fact that I reached out to the owner and asked about beach chairs/umbrellas, etc. and the owner advised me to call a rental company since they did not know what was at the condo for renter use. When I got there and took paperwork down to the management office, the lady there asked if we needed beach chairs, umbrellas, or beach towels. She said they would just check them out to us on a first come first served basis. I advised the lady that we were unaware of that but wished that we had known. Also, as we were about to check out of our condo on the last day our uber driver arrived early so we were about to walk out the door about 9:40 when a random man just walked into our condo without knocking. Check out was at 10 A.M. so we were planning to be out at 9:50 A.M. to leave for the airport. The man walked in the door and saw us but still continued on into the condo without ever saying a word. We advised the man that we would be out in just a few minutes but he never acknowledged that either of us spoke to him. As we left, I went downstairs and spoke to the lady in the management office just to make her aware that a man was just walking into the condos without knocking and we were just very caught off guard and she did apologize but thought that we had checked out the day before so she gave him permission to go on in. Always knock before entering just to be sure!
