We had a wonderful weekend getaway. Loved the ocean view and beach. Proximity to shopping and restaurants was a big plus.Would recommend some updated living room furniture as couch was quite uncomfortable. But who stays in the room!!
We had a wonderful stay! Checkin was a breeze. Our unit was clean and ready early. Beachfront, walkable to Publix, restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay!
Great location right on the beach and close to some restaurants and ice cream/coffee spots. The check-in process was very easy and seamless. The property is well maintained. Definitely a spot we would return to!
The unit was great as well as the staff. Easy check in and check out. Great location in a less crowded area. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Beautiful sunset views!
Perfect location. Very clean. Comfy bed. Nice balcony and pool.
Only one dish towel/dish rag. No beach towels or chairs.
No lighting over bathtub - dark.
Overall our stay was good and the place was as viewed on the listing. A few things to note, the blow up mattress in the pull out was not good and would not stay inflated the first night, which was awful for our boys sleeping on it. When calling the next morning to get a replacement there was no true solution provided or timeframe for someone to arrive. Upon calling midday after no phone call or anyone showing to the unit we were told that there’s no way to track where the maintenance crew was going and they also don’t know when or if things are able to be completed until they return to the rental office at the end of the day.
When we came back later in the evening a new air mattress was in the box left on the table, along with new pillows. They did not remove the broken mattress and the new blow up was too big for the pull out frame so our kids evened up sleeping on the floor the remainder of the stay.
The unit is dated and the floors were not clean, so you had to wear shoes or flip flops the entire time.
We liked the location and the amenities of the building, but we wished we had better luck in the condo unit.
I'm sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. It sounds like the situation with the blow-up mattress was particularly challenging for your boys, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to not have a quicker resolution. We are new to managing this unit and were not aware of the issue with the sleeper sofa. But good news, the sofa has now been replaced so this will not be a issue going forward!
