Guest access
-The cottage is available for your exclusive use with no access to the basement and linen closet. **The basement is unfinished and unoccupied.

Other things to note:
Water access:
Guests will have private access to the lake by using the path DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY ONLY. Our neighbour’s steps are for their own private use. Access the lake at your own risk. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times.

The lake:
From time to time the water levels may vary and there might be strong gusts of waves and winds. These conditions can bring algae to the shorelines and might have an odour at times.

Hot Tub
Available all year. Children must be supervised by an adult when using the hot tub. For safety reasons please securely lock the hot tub cover when not in use. Please observe posted rules by the hot tub.

Fire Pit:
Please bring firewood to enjoy the warmth and soothing crackle of logs burning while watching the flames from the fire pit dance against the evening sky.

Entertainment:
A variety of games and toys are available for additional entertainment.

Drinking water:
Drinking water provided from a water dispenser.

Expect to see small lake flies:
This cottage is located along the shores of Lake Erie and is prone to clusters of little flies at times. To prevent them from getting inside, keep doors closed and close the blinds at night. Turn off outdoor lights and other lights that are not in use or dim the lights as the light attracts the flies as well.

Security cameras:
For your safety there are security cameras installed near the entrance doors outside.
