Four days in Long Beach

Property is in a perfect location to everything, (restaurants, entertainment, beach, physical activities) etc. The place is perfect for those who enjoy people watching and foodies.

Great Condor with 2 Bedrooms and two full Baths. Ideally located and all in Long Beach cam be reached by Foot. Even a great Supermarkt ( VONS ) is only 4 minutes away by foot. Perfect location !!

Hollywood Glam Condo

Excellent location for distance to Long Beach Convention Center. Building is safe with exteme security measures. The unit is beautiful. The kitchen is upscale with high-end appliances. T.V.'s in every room. The host was very hospitable and communicative. Beds were very comfortable, as was the couch. We would stay here again.

Great find

The location is fantastic in a lovely building. The concierge was helpful, the owner and property manager were very responsive and kind The induction stove/oven wasn't very intuitive even for this engineer and could use an instruction manual or sign to help out.. Same with the dishwasher controlled by a light switch.. The gift basket of snacks was a wonderful treat and we'd absolutely stay again.

Great location. Very nice condo. Setup was great. Everything we needed.

This condo worked out great for us. Setup was spot on. Had everything we needed. Check-in was not as easy as it should be. We had to buy access passes to enter the building. This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra.

Great find!

Came into town for a festival at the Marina Green Park across the street, so this was a great find! The place noted 2 bedroom with a king bed and one with a trundle twin, but actually had two king beds which worked out fine! Beds were extremely comfortable! Location for events near by was perfect! Home was nice, clean, and secure. Concierge team was always kind and helpful.The parking works best for compact car. Home is well stocked with linen and kitchen items. The only suggestion would be a small broom for the kitchen and instructions on the high tech stove (YouTube helped figure out). Owner extremely responsive and kind- welcomed us with snacks! This was truly a great find!!

Comfortable and great location

This condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed. The little balcony was a nice treat. Lay out with 2 separate bed/bath was great. Walking distance from the convention center and near many restaurants, it was almost a perfect place to stay during a week long conference. Challenges were mostly related to the keys and communication. The front desk didn't have the envelop we were supposed to pick up and after saying there wasn't anything they could do to help, they did call the owner and give us a key fob. But then, there was only one for two of us, making it hard to come and go on our own schedules. The communication was a LOT. I received 15+ e-mails about the reservation as well as several texts. They were from VRBO, the property management company and the owner. It felt a little excessive, especially because when I had a question no one could answer it.

Great location but some info would be helpful

We attended a conference at the convention centre during our stay and the location was perfect. The building was nice with a concierge available. There were some issues on check in where the wifi information was difficult to locate and only one bed was made up although we indicated there would be three people. I had to contact the property contact for sheets for the other beds, garbage bags, and we never found any dishcloths or a tea towels. The dishwasher was full when we arrived and the welcome snacks basket (which was a nice touch) was empty. It took us a few YouTube videos to figure out the induction stovetop, and several attempts to start the dishwasher (it is on a switch). Anytime we have stayed at a VRBO, there was a helpful check in book for some of the basics, like where to put garbage, recycling, change temperature of the unit and use appliances. That would have been wonderful here as well. It appears the property contact has had negative experiences with other renters based on our check in communications where they seemed reluctant to offer bedding, and we never felt comfortable sending multiple messages after that for help. The unit was clean and fairly quiet. Note: If you are staying with a group on different schedules, please be aware there is only one fob which is required to use the elevator. This was an inconvenience for us as we attended different conference sessions and had to routinely meet up to swap the fob. Overall good stay.
