Bienvenue à Twin Coho à Rockaway Beach! Cette maison de deux étages magnifique offre quatre chambres et deux salles de bains, avec une salle pouvant accueillir jusqu'à dix invités! Entrez dans votre maison loin de chez vous et préparez-vous à être confortable! Cette location pittoresque a de belles baies vitrées et une terrasse pour regarder le coucher du soleil pendant les mois d'été chauds, ou attraper une tempête féroce pendant les mois d'hiver! Un banc de pique-nique peut être trouvé sur le pont, vous permettant de profiter d'une collation à l'extérieur au soleil pendant les mois d'été chauds. Vous aurez même accès à la plage avec des escaliers menant à l'herbe et le sable à partir du pont! Il y a beaucoup d'espace dans le salon pour se détendre et regarder un film avec la famille la nuit avant de se coucher, ou tout simplement sortir pendant la journée. La cuisine est située juste à côté du salon et offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner un repas fait maison ou préparer l'emporter pour votre famille! Il ya une table de salle à manger avec une île et des chaises pour s'asseoir, ou n'hésitez pas à vous détendre sur le canapé tout en dégustant votre repas. Chaque chambre offre beaucoup d'éclairage naturel avec une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante. N'hésitez pas à vous faire à la maison tout en restant au Twin Coho! Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre télévision, vous permettant de vous détendre au lit avant de vous endormir. Les chambres offrent un lit king size, une reine, une autre reine et deux lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un grand lit qui peut être utilisé à peu près n'importe où dans la maison. Les salles de bains comprennent un bain à remous et une douche, ainsi qu'un ensemble douche / baignoire. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse dans cette location, ce qui vous permet d'emballer la lumière et de laver les vêtements encore et encore au besoin pendant votre séjour! Great view for spring storms

We stayed here in March, and pretty much stayed inside the whole time (as planned) The primary living area has a 180 degree view of the beach and the ocean is very close. We ate food, played games, and visited for the weekend. There are lots of typical beach town shops, bakeries, restaurants, and things near by, but the weather was nasty so we just stayed in. I can see how this would be a great location in the summer as well.

Spacious, Not "fully loaded"

Wrong door code, dead batteries in 3 remotes w/no extra batteries, broken fan/light switch, no kitchen towels, no foil or cooking oil, no TV instructions, rusted cookware, claw marks on bathroom door from a prior guest. Beach access is VERY difficult.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend

This wonderful home sits right on the beach in Rockaway and you can watch the surf from the living room or from the big, beautiful deck. The house is older and shows a bit of wear but is clean and comfortable.

Beautiful getaway!

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful large deck, property right on the beach :). Loved the view from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Nice to spend a few days on the beach with my hubby and pups. We will be back !

Excellent On The Ocean Home Best View

Excellent View of Rockaway Beach! Best thing about this home. We were given the wrong access code so had to contact the property manager, finally got the correct code to enter the home. Beautiful view from inside the LR and MB. This would be a great home for family with older kids. You do have to walk down rocks to get to beach and only access to home is up stairs as entire home is above the garage. But a great property for RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

Book this for view and location

This location and its views are the greatest reasons for our stay. This is a no thrills home with original everything but fully stocked kitchen and the bedrooms had plenty of space and accommodations, I would have loved for there to be some outdoor furniture so we could eat meals on the deck and enjoy that morning cup of coffee taking in the gorgeous views and sounds of the ocean. For this reason, I gave it only 4 stars. I would absolutely book again as it suited my family of 4 and two grandparents wonderfully.

It was easy access to a large beach which provided a great place for the dogs to run and long walks. Rockaway is a small beach side community and was very relaxing but an easy drive to lots of other activities. The living room furniture was a little worn but the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect family beach house

This is a perfect home for a quiet beach getaway! OCEAN FRONT views are AMAZING from both inside and out! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was dog friendly and loved the railing around the deck so we could let him outside to enjoy the sunshine without being tied up. Beach access was just a few steps away to the quiet and beautiful stretch of sand that wasn't overcrowded (for this time of year anyway)! We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful walks and playing ball with our dog Stanley. The property management was very nice to work with and communicated well. The only thing missing was outdoor deck furniture so just be sure to throw in some lawn chairs, which thankfully we did. We will defintely stay here again!!

OK Beach House

Needs attention.. no beach chairs, no deck chairs or table, blinds are a mess and didn't work the best. The air vents are terrible and need cleaned, NO AC so it was hot hot hot no fans in the closets, the BBQ is garbage not good to use. When you pay a high price per night you should have the listed amenities available. Overall close to beach but lacked the luster in everything else.

Reviewer Comments: The house was nice, everything we needed, excellent view, and a lot of space however, I know it is a "pet" house, but maybe the furnace filters need to be cleaned? the house triggered my asthma quit a bit, and I have pets at home, (cats & dog) and I never have an issue. So if you have asthma, take the nebulizer! The one bed in the back room was super hard, but the other queen beds were Ok.

Reviewer Comments: Arrived to home, lock box with key wouldn't unlock it, however a simple call to Oregon Beach Vacations and they provided a new code, and opened right away. We did have a toilet overflow, called the maint line, and they sent someone during the day while we were away, and fixed it. Everything else with our stay was perfect, and exactly as described in the ad, there were even more perks than we expected. Overall, amazing family vacation with a central location, so we could travel as we pleased either North or South.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a GREAT location, they are not lying about steps to the beach,just a few. Lots of room inside for everyone. We were 5 friends getting together for our week together. Our only disappointment: if you are planning on doing any cooking, there are few utensils of any use in the house-no measuring cups/spoons, and not a sharp knife. Bring what you will need. Will this stop us from renting this place again? Absolutely NOT! Carpet also needs cleaned.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a getaway for 4 women and 2 dogs, stayed for 4 nights in this very spacious house. Furniture are dated and a bit worn, but clean/dust-free. Plenty of kitchen supplies. All Purpose cleaner for kitchen as well as trash bags were missing. The twin beds were hanging through, I placed the mattress on the floor, then slept like a baby. The whole property could use the attention of a Handyman for a day: fix curtains, patio gate, patio blinds, bathroom faucet, bathroom toilet valve. But no major issues, location was perfect, and can't beat the view. I would stay here again.

Beachfront house

The location was spectacular, steps from the sand. There is a great deck, but no furniture on it. There are folding card table chairs you can drag out and sit on, but no table or lawn chairs. Great fire pit, but the 'grass' had some type of stickers/ weeds that really hurt if you walked barefoot . One of the dining set chairs was broken and frankly dangerous. The chairs are on rollers, and swivel and rock, very comfy. but one was broken and if you leaned back it would topple you over backwards. We pushed it up against a wall. There are 2 outdoor faucets to rinse off sand, but neither worked. The parking was generous, easy to park 3 large SUVs, could have squeezed more in. But, again the location and how close you are to the beach are fabulous.

Great location, make sure you grasp the bathroom situation.

This house was clean and in a beautiful location! It is “affordable”, so don’t expect fancy and you’ll be ok. There there are still some seriously worn things about the house the owner could improve with a $100 dollar investment- shower head in the tub is crazy, duvet covers from the 80s, only can opener is electric, very limited utensils, and there is not enough table seating for the number of people it sleeps. One of the two bathrooms is a full-on part of the bedroom with no door at all between tub/sink/shower/bed/exterior door/interior UNLOCKABLE door. So, if you like pooping and showering with the constant threat of intrusion- or even with your family in the room, look no further! The upside is the huge bathtub has a nice view that you can maybe kind of see from the the tub. The location is spectacular, however, and despite the oddities, we’d stay here again!

Location is awesome, house not so much

This house needs a serious update , right out of the seventies, The mattresses are old and uncomfortable one bathroom is basically unusable because it’s right in the master bedroom with no door for privacy. We had to buy disposable silverware so that we could rewash it because there was literally three spoons and four forks in the damn drawer for the summer price that we paid it was ridiculous not to have a big enough pot to make a pot of clam chowder for 10. The trash was full when we got there and the yard was probably 18 inches tall we did call and ask for the yard to be mowed as we were staying all week and for the trash to be picked up no one came to mow the yard and we had one guy come by and take two kitchen size bags of trash out of the receptacle. . Not our best stay!

Very Disappointing

Great location and view of the ocean. That is the best in this review. I was very disappointed with the following. 1. Stained carpet everywhere, animal or human??? 2. Orange bacteria growing on the master bathroom shower curtain. 3. Blinds in the living room and master do not louver open or close. The LR blinds at the sliding door drag along the carpet to access the sliding door. The master blinds could not even be pulled open. Kind of freaky when those doors and windows are on the deck side with access from the ground. Not to have them working properly was very concerning. 4. Pans needed to be washed before using. 5. The deck gate has been jerry-rigged to swing open, very difficult to latch properly. 6. The picnic table on the deck has a broken table top beam. 7. The white plastic chairs under the deck, one of them has a cracked back. 8. The recliners are a joke. One was broken so that it leans to the side. The other one feels reclined when you just sit in it. Try to apply the reclining mechanism was 'good luck.' Had to leave it open/in reclined position to even have the reclining option. 9. I found that I will never have a 'memory foam' mattress. The master and 1 guest room have them. The other guest and twin beds were regular mattresses. 10. Good luck to an electric plug-in in the living room. They are on the floor behind the furniture. Found 2, they are both single socket outlets. There is beach access next to the property. No railings. There are large rocks spaced for steps. Do-able but not for everyone. Public access. We have had an annual family vacation with home rentals for +20 years and this was the worst, especially for the cost. With the total price of this rental, it was over $500/night. If there is going to be a cleaning fee, then it needs to be used. We have been home from this vacation for almost 2 weeks and I have been delaying my review so that I wouldn't vent--doesn't appear that I have had better thoughts. We are easy going people and can adapt to lower expectations; however, this was too much. I have never had to write a review with these type of conditions that are not expected for the price or any price. The positives were the toilets flushed, there was water, and the heat was functional. (these can be found at a local fast food location, without costing anything) I am sure this home was beautiful when built, but it needs to be attended to. I have pictures and video to confirm these complaints.
