The primary bedroom offers a comfy king size bed. The guest room has two queen size beds and access to a hall bath. A spacious full bathroom with a walk-in shower is on the right side of the house.

The kitchen offers a microwave, toaster oven, and large refrigerator (no stove/oven).

Enjoy take-out around a large dining table! Gather around the most amazing covered outdoor patio with a fireplace and relax on the outdoor patio furniture or enjoy a fun shuffleboard game as you watch your favorite sporting event.

*The home is pet friendly and will accept up to two dogs but there is a pet fee of $33/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

​​​​​​​*Livestock, horses, etc. can be boarded on property at Hill Country Veterinary Clinic but guests will have to feed and water their animals. Stalls for show animals are an additional $25/animal/night (before tax).

Please be aware that the house is about 55 feet away from South Highway 16, so you might experience road noise, particularly if you are on the outdoor patio.

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
