Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was great. Only suggestions would be to have a little bit more starter supplies available for guests. Besides utensils, the kitchen was bare (no foil, spices, etc). Two of the beach chairs were broken, and 3-4 of them were in good shape but starting to rust so would need to keep an eye on them. The only other complaint was there was zero effort made to allow an early check in. We watched as the cleaning crew finished and we still had to wait 2 hours until the door systematically opened at 4. Most places will work with you to get you in once the cleaning crew is finished. That was frustrating. Overall, great place, clean, amazing location.

Perfect Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great home and location for our family to enjoy our spring break. Our party consisted of three adults and three kids (ages 15,14 and 9). The house backs up to a busy road but we loved the location as it was literally less than a block to beach access and right across from the neighborhood pool. .You will also find several restaurants and shopping within walking or biking distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve had at a rental and that was priceless for us while on vacation. The home was well stocked with everything you could need (minus small items that we find in some rentals such as salt/pepper, cooking oil) but definitely not a deal breaker. I would hesitate to rent this home in the heat of summer as members of our party who slept upstairs did find it a little warm (there is only one AC unit for the home). They did utilize the box fans, ceiling fans and minimal bedding; however, if you are hosting many adults upstairs, I just think it would be too hot to be comfortable in those high temp months. Aside from that, this was a wonderful rental and very clean. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
