It’s so close to the water’s edge that its almost as if you’re adrift on the peaceful emerald waves.

One of the few two-storied condos in Emerald Dunes, everything about this penthouse condo revolves around the precious beaches beyond the balcony. From the three separate seating areas to the teal and tan color palette, everything is as comfortable as the soft sand below and as eye-catching as the Gulf’s expanse. Plus, 601 is not without its perks! The master suite features a huge luxury bathroom with a spa bathtub and separate vanities; a washer and dryer make keeping your clothes sand-free an absolute breeze, and a wet bar upstairs in the loft sitting area provides another entertainment area for your group.

Resting in Crystal Beach which is known for its colorful houses and tree lined streets, Emerald Dunes is in a great walking neighborhood. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity while golf courses and several open-air malls are within a mile's radius. Plus, a gated entry, a grilling area and a pool deck round out Emerald Dunes perks.

GREAT LOCATION! Located on the west end of Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, the property is within walking/biking distance of local shops and restaurants. When it’s time for dinner, Camille’s, a favorite local restaurant known for their fresh sushi and intimate bar, is just steps away. During the day, Camille’s sidewalk café serves a limited menu of coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items and local brews. Also nearby, guests will enjoy access to Publix (grocery store) and Destin Commons, featuring a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants and diverse mix of shopping opportunities.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

NOTE: Emerald Dunes is a SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property. No trailers, jet skis, RV's or boats are permitted.
