Once the site of one of Northern Wisconsin's early 20th century logger camps Birchwood Cabin offers a truly unique vacation getaway with touches of the yesteryear charm thoughtfully preserved.
This beautifully renovated and upgraded cabin offers you a spacious great room with comfortable furnishings, gas fireplace and flat screen TV. From the great room open the French doors and step onto the screened in porch where you have a beautiful view of the lake. Down the hall are the 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove top, dishwasher and a 4 stool kitchen island. Up a flight of stairs is a quaint sitting area for an out of the way place to read or if you need a quieter place to check in with the office.
As fabulous as the inside is, you won't want to miss what the outdoors has to offer. The sandy shore and clear water make for excellent swimming conditions. Also, take out a kayak or paddleboat and explore the lakes underdeveloped shoreline. You can soak up the sun sitting on the dock reading a book or just enjoy the tranquil lake setting. The outdoor firepit is an excellent place to come together after a day of exploring to discuss what you did that day and plan the next day of adventure. Which could include hitting the ATV/ Side by Side trails that you have direct access to.

Towels are not provided, please bring bath, swimming and kitchen towels.
There is a light blanket on the bed with fresh linens and pillows. If you prefer a heavier blanket please bring one along with you.
