Welcome to our stylish and modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment in the heart of St. Kilda! Perfectly situated near the beach, Coles, Woolworth, trendy cafes, and vibrant pubs, our fully furnished space offers a comfortable and convenient stay for up to six guests.

About the Space:

Our apartment features three bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed, premium bedding, ample wardrobe space, and thoughtful amenities like split AC, heaters, and night lamps. The master bedroom goes the extra mile with additional features such as art decor, a study table, and cycling equipment.

The two bathrooms are well-appointed, with the first boasting a jacuzzi-equipped bathtub and an extra shower area. Both bathrooms come stocked with essentials like shampoo, body wash, bath towels, and more. For added convenience, there's a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, and an extra toilet.

Living Room Area:

Relax in our spacious living area, complete with split air conditioning, comfortable seating for seven, a 65-inch smart TV, and an art table. Enjoy the stylish decor and ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind.

Kitchen Area:

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas cooktop, fridge, microwave, sandwich maker, kettle, dishwasher, and more. It's stocked with everything you need, from cutlery to pots and pans. The dining area is perfect for meals, and a decorative artificial plant adds a touch of greenery.

Cancelled Last Minute Scam

We didn’t get to stay at the property during the Grand Prix weekend. Upon landing in Melbourne, we attempted to contact the host for check-in details. He then informed us that there was a "plumbing issue" and that we were unable to stay. He offered us alternative accommodation an hour south of St Kilda. Instead, we found another property available for last-minute booking and chose that option, agreeing on a full refund.Two weeks later, he has not responded to any of my messages regarding the refund and has now blocked my number. I also discovered that this same property is listed on Stayz under a different name. This property is a scam, and Stayz has not helped the situation and I am now in contact with Consumer Affairs.

Appalling, Fifthy and Disgusting.Absolutely nothing like it states.

OMG. Look elsewhere.Booked this place after reading the description and sounded lovely, nothing like they wrote. The bedding states luxury and the mattresses nearly made me vomit, not just 1 but all 3 beds. We all slept on our towels.The wires going across on the balcony are held together with shoelaces, i had children with me and could not let them on the balcony due to this hazard.The furniture was broken. Advertisement states 65inch TV that was a 40 inch and it only had YouTube and no reception for any local channels.It stated bodywash, shampoo and conditioner supplied, lucky i took my own as it was Garnier Fructus in a mouldy bottle.Nothing was cleaned, doors, kitchen bench and even pubic hair on the toilet. It was too late to look for another apartment as we were strapped for time with our function.Im pretty easy going but never have i seen anything like this on my travels, and it wasn't the chepest. This place is a disgrace and an accident waiting to happen.

Stay cancelled by property owner at last minute

There was no stay. My booking was cancelled by the property owner at the last minute. I had messaged the owner on the morning of our proposed stay, to ask for check in details and I was concerned that they did not reply. At Sydney airport (whilst waiting to board my flight to Melbourne, and despite repeating my request for information), I had still received no reply so I called the owner. I was stunned by her response that I could not come; and that she was cancelling the booking with immediate effect as “there was a leak”. When I questioned her, she told me that the leak was in the apartment and would not be fixed for at least 2 days. Why could she not call me to tell me this as soon as she knew? Just when was she planning to inform me of the problem 
 when I turned up at the property? The owner was rudely adamant that she was cancelling the booking with immediate effect and I was absolutely stunned by her manner of telling me. There was no hint of an apology. Apart from anything else, I was put in a very difficult position, as this was meant to be a birthday trip away with friends. There we all were on the plane to Melbourne with nowhere to stay. The whole thing was handled in an appalling way. Whilst I understand that this was an unexpected problem for the owner, the situation could have been handled so differently and I might have been inclined to be sympathetic rather than angry. I cannot recommend this property. In fact I recommend that you stay away from it!

So much potential and so disappointing

This property has the potential to be one of the best places to share some time in Melbourne with family or friends. Unfortunately, previous guests, or very dirty people, have left the carpets upstairs in a disgusting state.Before you stay here contact the host and ask if the floor coverings have been replaced and has the place been cleaned properly? If the answer is yes just ask for some tea, coffee and milk and enjoy your stay. So much potential but ask questions first.
