This 1700 sq/ft 4 bedroom 2 bath home is situated on 3+ acres. It bursts with charm and uniqueness while farmland acreage meets gorgeous panoramic ocean views.

Relax on the patio and feel the breeze of the ocean by day and after an amazing West Coast sunset, keep an eye out for the light of cruise ships late night.

There is beach access less than 5 minutes walking distance which brings you to the amazing rocky shores of the Strait of Georgia. This access is public so please respect the trail, stairs and space. **There was a recent slide at the Seabright beach access stairs. Timeline for repairs is unknown at this time**

For those wanting the ability to add a couple of more guests please inquire about our RV hookup. For those wanting to use a RV it will be placed in the years on the East side of the home.
