This recently updated stay is thoughtfully appointed for a carefree coastal getaway, complete with a sprawling outdoor area to eat, unwind and make the most of this laidback beachside setting.

A bright and welcoming living area features bi-fold doors to offer a relaxed indoor-outdoor entertaining zone, with a sofa and armchairs providing the ideal spot to settle in with some TV and central air-conditioning and heating to ensure year-round comfort.

You’ll find all you need in the modern, streamlined kitchen to prepare food, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a five-person table to share meals. On the deck, a six-seater setting overlooking the front lawn is perfect for relaxed alfresco dining, with an umbrella allowing you to bask in the sunshine or stay cool in the shade.

Three spacious bedrooms sleep five guests, with the first two offering queen-size beds while the third bedroom offers a single bed. A light and contemporary bathroom includes a walk-in overhead shower, a modern vanity and a mirror as well as complimentary toiletries to refresh after a day at the beach. A separate toilet adds convenience for groups.

Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washing machine, parking for three cars as well as free street parking 24/7.

Within a 15-minute stroll, you'll find the beautiful beaches of North Brighton, Minda Coastal Park recreation area, and Wattle Reserve, a peaceful park with BBQ facilities, toilets, and plenty of shade to enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the water. Reach the vibrant eateries and shops lining Jetty Road in a few minutes' drive, where you can head down to Brighton Beach for a dip and take a walk out along Brighton Jetty. The popular Glenelg Beach, known for its wide beach and sidewalk cafes, is less than a 10-minute drive north, where you can grab some hot chips or gelato and settle in on the sand to watch the stunning sunsets.
