Brighton Beachfront Sanctuary - Retro Coastal Charm
This classic seaside retreat captures the easy charm of a 1960s beachfront home, where relaxed interiors and sweeping ocean views create an effortless coastal atmosphere. Step into the bright living area, where a comfortable three-seater and two-seater sofa invite you to unwind after a day outdoors, whether watching the horizon shift through the afternoon light or settling in for a cosy night with puzzles, board games, or DVDs. Reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.
The kitchen preserves its original retro character while providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Bench space and practical appliances make cooking simple, whether you`re preparing breakfast before a morning beach walk or putting together a casual dinner. Just beside it, the dining area creates a relaxed setting for shared meals and easy conversation.
Both bedrooms are generously sized and designed for a comfortable stay. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, wardrobes, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an additional single bed, making it well-suited for kids, along with ample storage and a ceiling fan. The classic bathroom, complete with a shower, vanity, and toilet, reflects the home’s vintage character while providing everything needed for daily routines.
Out the back, an all-weather entertaining area offers an easy space to relax outdoors, complete with a Weber BBQ and a small sandpit for the kids. An additional lawn area with a picnic table and clothesline offers room to enjoy long summer evenings outside. A separate laundry with both a washer and a dryer adds extra convenience, especially for longer stays. While on-site parking is not available, free street parking is available nearby.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
