Recently updated with a beautifully renovated kitchen and refreshed living space, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an ideal retreat for families or small groups. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, while the second bedroom includes a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, along with its own private bath—perfect for kids or additional guests.

The main living area is designed for relaxation, with a spacious layout that flows effortlessly from the comfortable seating area into the dining space and updated kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar for casual meals. Large windows and thoughtful design create a bright, inviting atmosphere throughout. Step outside to the private back deck, where you can enjoy the electric grill and unwind after a day of exploring the island. A convenient half bath is located on the main floor, and a stackable washer and dryer can be found upstairs for added ease during your stay.

Our stay was awesome! The condo was very clean and had a ton of amenities. There is a bike path that takes you almost to the public beach access. The bikes were great and everything is close. Would definitely recommend!

Great location in HHI

Had a great time at this wonderful townhouse. Great walking trails and pools at complex. Walk or bike to the beach. Super close to Coligny beach park as well with shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

This was our second year staying in this condo and we love it! It’s a great end unit with easy parking in front. We enjoy the bikes that are included. We ride bikes to the beach, The Bank, Plaza Park Theatre and Coligny. The condo is very comfortable for our family. The beds and couches are comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Spot!

We had a great week at this condo. We loved parking right at the front door! The bicycles were great! We rode to the beach, the grocery store and Coligny. We love riding bikes to dinner and the Frosty Frog for our nightly daiquiri. The condo was very clean and had all we needed for our week stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great remodeled town home

We had a fantastic stay in this freshly remodeled town-home! The place is bright, clean, and stocked with all the essentials—perfect for a carefree beach getaway. The Wi-Fi isn’t lightning-fast, so plan to unplug a bit (who needs screen time when you’re this close to the ocean, right?).The split-level layout does mean extra steps, but we treated it as a built-in workout before hitting the sand. Everything looks lovingly maintained, and you can tell the owners really care about the space.Alder Lane Beach is an easy 15-minute stroll or quick bike ride away, so sunrise coffee walks became our daily ritual. Parking is snug, so larger SUVs might need a couple of extra maneuvers—but totally doable.Bottom line: we’d happily book again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends looking for a comfy, laid-back base on Hilton Head Island.

Unit Cancelled Just Prior to Check-In

The unit was cancelled just hours prior to check-in. We obtained a full refund, however we had already arrived from Canada to Hilton Head Island.Why the owner waited so long before informing Island Rentals that the unit was unavailable is very concerning. Luckily we found other accommodations!

Doug & Deborah, I spoke with a property manager in order to gain better understanding of this situation. You were contacted on 12/26 at 10:54 am about the remodeling. This contact was made as soon as we were made aware of the situation. At 12:01 that same day, we then offered you a different villa, in the same area, that would be ready that day. It was offered at no additional cost even though this villa would have been an upgrade. On 12/27, your arrival date, you let us know that you had been staying the island already for a month and that you preferred to receive a full refund and return home. We granted the refund. Our company did it's best to accommodate you in offering an upgraded unit for your stay. As you had already been on the island for some time, it is not as though you arrived on the 27th with no where to stay. We were then told that you were leaving and preferred the refund. I hope you enjoyed your time, but please do keep in mind that communication can fall through sometimes. I do not believe this 1 star review is an accurate portrayal of our company or the timely solutions we presented for this issue.

Girls weekend

Our trip was cut short due to the state of emergency declared by the governor. It would have been nice to be refunded our missed days stay since it was not our fault. The property manager would not return our call. I will not rent from Island Rental again.

Thank you for the review, Cathy. While I completely understand the frustration, it is stated in the contract that there will not be any refunds granted. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for this very reason.

This wasn’t the address for the actual property. It was in the neighborhood. The furniture was definitely in need ofreplacing, especially the sofas. The refrigerator smelled of fish so much so that I had to purchase arm and hammer and that solved the issue. There were mosquitoes in the bathroom every time I killed one another came. The bicycles had only one lock. The beach chairs had mold on them andDefinitely need to be deep cleaned or replaced. The property is on the corner and it is tight and where everyone gathers to gettheir bikes. The bed in the guest room needs to be replaced. You can feel the springs. And lastly the tvs in the bedrooms! About 26 inches if that! Can’t see a thing! The only contact with management was texts through the app. That was fine. All the issues that I named are things that the owner should already know about.

It’s a quiet end unit next to the pretty paths winding between Ocean Breeze and Treetops, our dog loved his walks! It’s a short 10 minute walk to the beach down a lovely path and a quick bike ride to Piggly Wiggly and the restaurants at Coligny. The villa was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
