Located in the heart of Sea Pines, you’ll love being just a short walk or bike ride from the excitement of the RBC Heritage, as well as the shops, dining, and iconic scenery of Harbour Town. With accommodations for larger groups, including 2 King beds and 4 Twin beds, plus thoughtful extras like 4 backpack beach chairs, 4 adult bikes from South Beach Bike Rentals, and access to a community pool and seasonal beach shuttle, every detail is designed for a seamless island getaway. Best of all, this villa is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two well-behaved dogs so no one gets left behind.

Inside, the villa spans three thoughtfully designed levels, featuring an open-concept main floor filled with natural light from two walls of sliding glass doors. The living area invites relaxation with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV, while the adjacent dining space and beautifully updated kitchen—complete with sleek black granite countertops and modern appliances—make gathering for meals effortless. A convenient half bath and tucked-away laundry room complete the main level.

Upstairs, the second floor is home to two serene king suites, each offering coastal-inspired dĂ©cor, ceiling fans, wall-mounted TVs, and peaceful views of mature live oaks. Both bedrooms include en suite bathrooms with extended vanities and walk-in showers, creating a private retreat for guests. Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in the Heritage Villas! It was a convenient location between Harbour town and the beach. As parents with 3 small children we enjoyed daily walks to the playground. The villa was very roomy for 5 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again!

This villa was a great location. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The negative was that the upstairs stayed hot. We would not stay here again for this reason. Even with the ac running, the upstairs never got cool. It was uncomfortable for my kids to sleep on the third level with the twin beds.

The condo is super quiet and it was the perfect week to relax. The townhouse was very spacious - for our family of 6. The upstairs rooms do get very warm, even with the fan, like we saw on some other review. The king size beds are heaven! So comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The place could have been cleaner, the dining table has very sticky from cleaning products that were used. Found empty bottles in one of the bedroom. Very convenient for first timers to Hilton Head Island. Water damage by both sliding doors, maybe should have a rug or something Third floor bedroom very warm to correct the first floor was cold. Could use additional pots/pans in different sizes Quick response to front door knob being loose The unit worked very well for a family of 8

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is perfect for a family getaway. The number of rooms worked out perfectly for us and the amenities are great. We loved having access to the bikes. It would be nice if the details about the beach were more clear. We tried to go to the sea pines beach club but that is private, so then we tried to get to the shuttle and that was a very complicated adventure. I suggest adding details about going to Coligny beach for future guests to avoid the miss-hap that we had.

Once we arrived, calls made for various minor needs were handled immediately. The Keurig coffee machine, listed as an amenity, was not there. Within an hour or so it was delivered! We were able to check-in in early.Heritage Villas in Sea Pines is a wonderful place to stay! The location is great. Easy bike ride to beach and Harbourtown. The villa layouts are really nice, with outdoor seating overlooking lagoons and/or golf course holes. A big pool with lots of lounge chairs is also a plus.This unit, 2233, was lovely - clean and well-maintained -comfy furniture, nice decor, easy access, bikes and grill provided. The only missing was pots - one soup pot and one very small pot. It has lots of fry pans though! Plenty of dishes and silverware too!
