This house was excellent for our women's ministry retreat. We had enough room to accommodate everyone. The house was very clean. I would recommend this house to everyone. We were very pleased.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was as advertised on the website. The flooring and some fixtures were a bit worn/dated but not unexpected in a pet-friendly unit. The amenities were great with the beach chairs and bikes. Lots of small, nice touches to make us feel at home.

wonderful stay

We had a great stay. The property was very nice and true to the listing. This is an annual family trip and we especially enjoyed the location and local activities.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in the Heritage Villas! It was a convenient location between Harbour town and the beach. As parents with 3 small children we enjoyed daily walks to the playground. The villa was very roomy for 5 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again!

Great location and spacious place for two families of four. Enjoyed the ease to get to Harbortown, the convenient pool, and that the unit came with bikes. Unit also has plenty of plates and silverware for a big group. Do advise owners/mangers recheck unit - we were unable to find the beach chairs advertised with unit. The upstairs bathtub was also missing a plug which made it hard with young children and there was only one hairdryer for the entire unit. That said, despite these small fixes needed, we were very comfortable and would stay there again.

We were a group of 5 70 year old s playing in the South Carolina tennis championship. We were disappointed that we had to immediately put a list of basic things we needed for a 3 night stay like salt and pepper, coffee filters etc. I received no response when I texted on their online contact support.

Great getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is perfect for a family getaway. The number of rooms worked out perfectly for us and the amenities are great. We loved having access to the bikes. It would be nice if the details about the beach were more clear. We tried to go to the sea pines beach club but that is private, so then we tried to get to the shuttle and that was a very complicated adventure. I suggest adding details about going to Coligny beach for future guests to avoid the miss-hap that we had.

Dissapointing stay at a great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It started with the smell of dogs upon opening the entry door to this condo. We were staying for just a short three-night stay and noticed the absence of basics like coffee filters, salt and pepper, and no ice, turned to off. Why would you not provide these simple items for your guests? So we have to go to a market and purchase all the simple necessities that we will barely use but need.

This property is a pet-friendly unit, and while it is thoroughly cleaned between every guest stay, it does frequently accommodate dogs. We also appreciate your comments regarding kitchen supplies and the ice maker. Per company policy, we do not provide food items or consumable pantry products such as coffee, salt, pepper, or spices. We understand this can differ from other vacation rental experiences and apologize for any inconvenience during your short stay. The ice maker being turned off between guests is part of our standard turnover process, but we understand it may have been frustrating upon arrival. This villa was a great location. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The negative was that the upstairs stayed hot. We would not stay here again for this reason. Even with the ac running, the upstairs never got cool. It was uncomfortable for my kids to sleep on the third level with the twin beds.

Memorial Day week in HHI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great. Perfect location go bike or walk to Harbor town. 15 minute bike ride to the beach. The condo is super quiet and it was the perfect week to relax. The townhouse was very spacious - for our family of 6. The upstairs rooms do get very warm, even with the fan, like we saw on some other review. The king size beds are heaven! So comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and Great Location but Needs Care

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa’s location is great, convenient to Harbourtown and an easy bike ride to beach. Very quiet and having bikes and new beach chairs included was great. However, the villa needs a lot of updating and a thorough cleaning.

Family trip

We had a wonderful time. The place could have been cleaner, the dining table has very sticky from cleaning products that were used. Found empty bottles in one of the bedroom. Very convenient for first timers to Hilton Head Island. Water damage by both sliding doors, maybe should have a rug or something Third floor bedroom very warm to correct the first floor was cold. Could use additional pots/pans in different sizes Quick response to front door knob being loose The unit worked very well for a family of 8

We will be back to Sea Pines

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2233 Heritage offered a comfortable stay in a peaceful location. This was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and Sea Pines and we really enjoyed it. The Villa was comfortable and clean and offered much more clothing storage than any other rental we've stayed in! We loved the provided bikes and used them a lot. The only downside is getting to the beach. We traveled with both sets of parents and having to use the trolley to get to the beach was inconvenient for them. We also learned from trolley driver only on the last night we were there, that after 3pm, you can drive and park in the beach club parking. Had we known that earlier, we would have certainly utilized that option. Next time we would try to stay in a section that is closer to the beach.

A Very Nice Vacation!

Once we arrived, calls made for various minor needs were handled immediately. The Keurig coffee machine, listed as an amenity, was not there. Within an hour or so it was delivered! We were able to check-in in early.Heritage Villas in Sea Pines is a wonderful place to stay! The location is great. Easy bike ride to beach and Harbourtown. The villa layouts are really nice, with outdoor seating overlooking lagoons and/or golf course holes. A big pool with lots of lounge chairs is also a plus.This unit, 2233, was lovely - clean and well-maintained -comfy furniture, nice decor, easy access, bikes and grill provided. The only missing was pots - one soup pot and one very small pot. It has lots of fry pans though! Plenty of dishes and silverware too!
