A truly beautiful one of a kind beach front condo located in a smaller, more intimate building. Offering everything you need to vacation in the lap of luxury, this unit will spoil you rotten! Make family memories on the beach and create a tradition for you and your family year after year.

This very spacious and newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath condominium is the perfect getaway to catch up on rest, relaxation and much needed together time! The view will mesmerize you from the moment you enter. With a large, Gulf front balcony and open and airy floor plan, this beach home is the perfect gathering place to enjoy everything that our beach area has to offer!

From the new stainless appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen to the extremely comfortable (and able to seat everyone!) living room, enjoy the open concept living area. With everything you need to prepare a chef inspired meal for the family or a more intimate dinner al fresco, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this kitchen truly comes fully equipped! For added convenience, there is a separate beverage fridge and ice maker! After dinner, enjoy family "Netflix" movie nights on the big screen television in the living room. Enjoy the ease of using the washer and dryer located in the unit.

The master suite has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom w/walk-in shower and...a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the view and sounds of beach life while lounging in comfort.

The second bedroom has a king bed as well, making this the perfect vacation home for two couples looking to share costs or, having family visit during your stay.

The third bedroom is equipped with a twin over queen bunk bed, giving you additional sleeping space for all!

Enjoy all that the Rose has to offer, including a tropical backyard facing the beach, a gulf-front pool with poolside rest rooms and an outdoor shower.

Want to venture out? Play miniature golf at Smuggler's Cove and feed the alligators in between putts! Indian Shores Coffee Company is just a short walk away as well as the world famous Salt Rock Grill! So many choices of things to do in the area….What are you going to do?

Beautiful view and condo

This stay was after both hurricanes, so the elevators were still out, but we don't mind walking up the stairs. It only had a few minor issues as it didn't look like the cleaning crew had been there in a few months. All well appointed furnishings and great kitchen to cook in, everything we needed for Christmas and New Year's dinners. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Reviewer Comments: Condo was as advertised,wonderful.Completely updated from the kitchen appliances,countertops,backsplash,sink,cabinets,etc. living room,bedrooms(very comfortable beds) Bathrooms were totally redone with new showers & double sinks in master.Large tv in living room & tv’s in 3 bedrooms. Large well equipped deck over looking the Gulf.We are already booked for next year.

Too much construction and maintenance noise!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and the view was fabulous. Our only complaints have to do with outside the condo. We rented the unit for the week before and after Christmas. During the first week they were painting, power washing and sanding starting at 7 am. There was very loud drilling noise below our unit for two days, we think it may have been a bath remodel job maybe? It was all very disruptive for a napping baby and my husband’s business calls. Very disappointing that workmen were doing this all during holiday times.
