The Space:

Enjoy all that Indian Shores has to offer at Sea Gate 308, where panoramic coastal views await. Both elegant and eclectic, this Gulf-front condo boasts custom, contemporary design that makes it feel like a truly special vacation retreat.



Dual private balconies ensure that you never miss a view. Inside, the living area offers ample leather seating and chic coastal accents leading out onto the balcony. There's a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, as well as a dining area with a wine fridge and a table for six.



Beach chairs, beach towels, and a private washer/dryer are on hand for days spent in the Gulf waves below. After a day of activity, rest well in one of three bedrooms, including a primary suite with beachfront balcony access, a work desk with an extra monitor, and an en suite bathroom with custom tile work, an oversize walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Bonus features include free WiFi and TVs in the living area and all of the bedrooms.



The Sea Gate complex boasts a heated oceanfront pool, tropical lounge areas, and a grilling patio. As for Indian Shores, this quiet beach community sits just south of Indian Rocks Beach and is laden with Florida charm, fiery sunsets, and an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, lovely beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. Indian Shores is also home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

This condo was perfect for our two families of 4! It’s way bigger in person than it appears in the photos. We had 2 babies under 2, and an almost 3 year old, and we felt comfortable with them wandering around for the most part. Not too much for little ones to get into trouble with. It also has a stunning sunset view from the balcony. My only suggestion—we would have loved if there were rugs to wipe our feet on in the entryways for the front door and sliding glass door. We felt like we were tracking in dirt/water anytime we stepped out, so we threw some towels on the ground. But some rugs would have been perfect! We would happily stay here again. Thank you for having us!

This condo was amazing, right on the beach. It had everything you needed for a family vacation. It was close to really good restaurants and shops. The code to the pool didn’t work. We still used the pool though. Washer and dryer was great. Had beach towels and bathing towels. It even had beach chairs and umbrellas. The balcony overlooked the pool and beach.

The condo was amazing. Perfect for our trip. Plenty of space, large gorgeous balcony, and well stocked with all the basics you could need for a nice stay. The rental came with chairs and a canopy so that was such a nice convenience for us. We were very disappointed that the door code did not work when we checked in. I texted and, even at midnight, we quickly got a response with a code to a backup box that had a physical key, so we were able to get in. That quick response was great. Unfortunately, they were unable to come out at any point in our 7 night stay to fix our door code. With 6 adults and only one physical key we had to alter our plans and couples were not able to do the separate things they planned to do because we weren’t sure who would be back first and didn’t want to leave someone locked out. It also made coordinating trips to the beach difficult. If the person who took the key is putting the kiddo down for a nap or in the shower.. you can’t get in the room. “Who has the key now” was the most popular phrase on our trip. I messaged and requested they send someone and they said they would try, but they never did. It really was an inconvenience and surprising that no time in the 7 days was anyone available to come help us.

We’ve since confirmed the lock was offline during your stay and have it fully functional again.
