Let the rhythm of the coast set the tone at Seaside Watch, a three bedroom, two bathroom condo just steps from the sands of Tybee Island. Open the windows and feel the ocean breeze drift through the space as you settle into an easygoing beach getaway designed for comfort, convenience, and connection. With the shoreline only moments away, this inviting retreat is perfectly positioned for days spent by the water and evenings unwinding together.

Beach Inspired Living Spaces

Inside, Seaside Watch welcomes you with an open concept layout that blends the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one bright and airy space. The newly redesigned living room features refreshed furnishings and coastal blue accents that echo the nearby ocean, creating a relaxed atmosphere that feels right at home by the beach. Comfortable seating invites your group to gather, while large glass doors lead out to the private balcony, filling the space with natural light.

The living area and all three bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, and the home includes central heating and air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable year round. Thoughtful touches like extra linens, blankets, and hangers ensure a stay that feels effortless from the moment you arrive.

Dining and Kitchen Details

The dining area features a round table with seating for six, complemented by additional seating at the breakfast bar, making it easy to enjoy meals or morning coffee together. Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare vacation favorites, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. All cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided. Simply bring your groceries and settle in.

A brand new washer and dryer are conveniently located within the condo, perfect for refreshing beach towels or keeping clothes clean during longer stays.

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements

Seaside Watch comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a cozy seating area, and a private en suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms each offer queen beds and bright, welcoming spaces for restful nights. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space for your group.

The home includes two full bathrooms. One features a tub and shower combination, while the primary bathroom offers a dual vanity and walk in shower. Fresh towels, a hair dryer, and essential bath amenities are provided for your convenience.

Outdoor Amenities and Parking

Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy views of the surrounding neighborhood and swaying palm trees. With seating for relaxing outdoors, it is the perfect spot to listen for the distant sound of the waves and enjoy the coastal air. Guests also have access to a shared, resort-style pool located just south of the condo at 19 Silver Avenue. The heated pool area includes lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a grilling space, offering another inviting place to relax during your stay.

Exploring Tybee Island

From Seaside Watch, the beach is just a short walk away via a nearby wooden walkway that leads directly to the sand. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or strolling along the shoreline, with the convenience of being able to return to the condo whenever you need a break.
Nearby attractions include the Tybee Beach Pier and Pavilion, where you can enjoy ocean views, local shopping, and classic island charm. Sample fresh seafood, explore beachside shops, or unwind at one of Tybee's laid-back coastal bars.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
Guests with Pets
This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs.​​​​​​​ Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

Overall , very nice place and great location.

Our annual sisters trip! (3 of us)The location was close to restaurants, shopping and the beach, which was great. The property was very nicely laid out and spacious. Overall was clean...only reason we gave 3 star for cleanliness, the floors were dirty.(left our feet and socks dirty) and there was no mop available.

Great Location, OK for a short stay

This condo is in a great location and the place is nice enough with parking for two cars. Easy access to the beach and close enough to walk to nearby restaurant and shops. As for the condo itself, it was fine, but it's obvious that this place is in a year around high demand area. The amenities are very basic, but if you're looking for a place at the beach, it definitely fits the bill.
