Lido Beach - Newly Renovated Modern Ocean Front Condo

Welcome Snowbirds! This spacious newly renovated three bedroom oceanfront with full ocean view on the 6th floor with 1-3 piece bath and 1-4 piece bath. Sleeps eight and is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Fully equipped kitchen with spectacular views ready for you to enjoy your stay, dining room table that seats 6-8 people, large master bedroom with t.v., and ensuite. Second bedroom equipped with t.v. Wireless internet, ample closet space, flat screen tv in living room, private assigned parking space. Everything you need for the beach (towels) are included. One of the best features is the lanai that takes in the (180 degree) wonderful beach views, enjoy sitting on the lanai watching the sunset after a day relaxing at the beach or poolside. This unit is one of only 42 units in a well-maintained building complete with two elevators and open walkways. Secure, under-building parking, a large heated pool, a/c clubhouse with kitchen, lounge area, bathrooms and outdoor BBQ all steps from waters edge. This small 7 story building has all the amenities you will need and is only a 15 minute drive from Sarasota Airport.

Enjoy the pool or go out the gate and walk the white sand beach of Lido Key. The resort offers everything for a perfect Florida vacation; it is famous for - sparkling beach, sunshine, spectacular gulf views, and leisurely swims in the heated pool that overlooks the Gulf.

You can also enjoy spending half a day fishing, with the several local fishing charters located on Longboat Key and Sarasota Marina that allows you to catch fish and bring it back to the condo and cook it on the bbq (of course all cleaned, filleted and package to take home).

If you are looking to enjoy golf during your vacation, there are several courses in the area that you will never play the same course twice.

You can walk or bike to the elegant shopping and dining to the ever popular St. Armand's Circle or walk to South Lido Park and spend the day kayaking or fishing. Downtown Sarasota is a quick drive over the bridge for popular theatre district and restaurants.

Please note there is a 3 to 4 month minimum rental period for this property during January to April.

My husband and I are from Canada. We started going to Lido Key 15 years ago with several friends and loved the area. We first bought a 1 bedroom unit in the building and then purchased a 3 bedroom unit. We always knew that when we retired we would like to reside in Florida for 6 months and once we experienced the flavor of Lido Key we knew this was the place to retire. We have a lot of years before that happens, but it is always good to plan ahead. We own several rental properties so the rental business is not new to us

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We just loved that building and the area. The first time we saw the building and the unit we were impressed. The building and the grounds are well maintained and the stunning view of the beach/gulf as you sit pool side is priceless. One of the best features is the lanai (balcony) with wonderful beach views, enjoy sitting and watching the sunset after a day relaxing at the beach or poolside.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We enjoy walking along the beach and stopping at the Ritz Tiki Beach Bar for drinks, which is a 5 minute walk. We also enjoy the occasional morning where we go to St. Armand's Circle for a Starbucks coffee. This location is close to the circle which provides all the shopping and restaurant you will need. I love to shop at 'Shore' and eat at 'Tommy Bahamas' restaurant, the ribs are fabulous.
