Terrigal Beach House

Welcome to our beach house! Located right in the heart of Terrigal, it is a quick 450m walk away from The Skillion and CBD, 700m walk away from Terrigal Beach and across the road from the cliffs of the ocean. Terrigal is a beach side suburb filled with vibrant restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. Regardless if you are looking for one of best fish and chips shops or if it is the Acai bowl, you will find it all.
We are also a 10 min drive to Erina Fair for shopping, ice skating, or the movies!

The space
Terrigal Beach House is located along one of the most prestigious and scenic area in Terrigal. It’s is located along side the cliffs over looking the Tasman Sea. Terrigal beach is perfect for swimming, surfing and fishing. The property has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Main bedroom consists of a queen bed with ensuite and bathtub, second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and third bedroom consists of a tri bunk beds.

Spacious gourmet kitchen with oven and your own espresso machine. The dining and living room has a built in fireplace over looking the huge alfresco area and in ground swimming pool.

We supply all linen, bath towels, tea and shower products. We also have Wi-Fi .
Please note: This is a single level property and the swimming pool is accessible around the back of the property.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property.

Other things to note
Arrival & Departure
Check in is from 3.00 pm and Check out is 10.00am. Early arrival, late departure and luggage storage may be possible by prior arrangement only. This is not always possible so please contact us in advance. On departure please check you have all of your belongings. Charge will be incurred to have any items returned to you.

BBQ
There is a BBQ for guest usage, it can only be used for outside. The BBQ must be cleaned after each use and gas bottle closed. There would be extra charges incurred if the BBQ is not cleaned.

Candles & Fire
Please do not light candles inside. All other fires are strictly prohibited.

Cleaning
The property must be left the way it was found, however please place all used towels on the floor of the bathroom, and ensure all dishes are washed, dried and put away. Please be mindful when using fake tan and make up as any excess on linen, lounges or other furniture will incur a fee. Fees will be charged for any excess cleaning above normal use, and will be taken from the bond.

Cots & Highchairs
Portable cot and highchairs are available but prior request is needed. We ask guest to provide own cot linen/blankets.

Damages & Breakages
You must inform us of any damages or breakages during your stay. All damages and breakages must be paid for. Please contact your host for any maintenance issues arising during your stay.

Fridge & Freezer
Please discard any unused food items from the fridge prior to your departure.

Internet
Wi-Fi is provided for convenience. You will be able to find the details of the Wi-Fi and password in the kitchen of the property.

Keys
You will find the keys in the lockbox located next to the front door of the property. You will get an email with the PIN code prior to your check in date. You are expected to put the keys back into the lockbox when you check out.

House & Parties
The property has a strict noise curfew between 9:00pm and 8:00am. Parties and excessive noise are absolutely forbidden, and may result in complete loss of bond and/or immediate eviction.

Parking
There is no garages available for guests on site, however multiple cars can be parked in front of the property.

Security
Whenever you are absent from the property please close and lock all windows and doors.

Smoking
Smoking is restricted inside the property.
