​Hurricane Update:

The entire complex is built on pillars more than 20 feet off the ground. The condo sustained no damage, we have been accepting guests for several weeks, the pool has been completely drained, acid washed, refilled and we have installed a new pump, a new filter and all new equipment. The pool has never looked better, the beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic.

The open-concept interior has a tranquil, beachy ambiance with a palette of soft, earthy neutrals: driftwood gray, sand dune beige, ochre brown. Prints of bright seascapes and sunsets add splashes of tropical color to the condo. The Anna Maria Island Paradise Palms boasts a new granite kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a pass-through window, a breakfast bar, a breakfast nook, and a booth-style dining table. The Paradise Palms is the ideal retreat for families, couples, and snowbirds alike.

Living:
The main living room is a comfortable, contemporary coastal haven with new luxury vinyl floors the color of driftwood, a ceiling fan, and recessed lighting. Relax on the sofa or the plush reclining armchair to stream your favorite shows or movies on the 65" HD TV.
Enjoy conversations with loved ones, or curl up with a good book. Sliding glass doors from the living room open to the balcony/lanai with Gulf views. This balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening cocktail in paradise amidst the fragrance of frangipani and salty sea breezes.

The bright, new, fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream! The kitchen’s elegant tray ceiling has recessed lighting. Store your provisions in abundant custom cabinetry. Gorgeous granite countertops offer plenty of space to prepare a tropical feast after a day at the beach. Stainless steel appliances include a glass-top electric stove, oven, microwave, French door fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, and large farmhouse-style sink.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cookware, utensils, cutlery, dishware, glassware, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, a chef’s caliber knife block, and more. The sleek granite breakfast bar at the kitchen pass-through window makes for easy entertaining. A booth-style farmhouse dining table is just beyond the pass-through window. The open design of the kitchen/dining area ensures that a chef is never isolated from the group.

At the condo’s front (Bay view) is a breakfast nook with a cafe-style table and four upholstered chairs below a modern, geometric chandelier. The window in this front breakfast nook overlooks Palma Sola Bay. This nook is perfect for sipping freshly squeezed citrus juice, your morning coffee or tea. This breakfast nook can also serve as a quiet den or office workspace.

Bedrooms/Baths:
The Paradise Palms has two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. These water-view bedrooms have large windows with shades, plenty of natural light, ceiling fans, luxurious mattresses, and sumptuous bedding.

The King primary has matching nightstands with reading lamps, a bureau with a large SmartTV, and a large closet. Tropical decor and seascapes adorn the wall. A sliding glass door from the King primary leads to the screened-in lanai. The primary ensuite bathroom has a large granite vanity, a well-lit mirror, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, a large bureau with a SmartTV, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo.

Both bathrooms have plush bath towels, toiletries, and hair dryers. There’s a stackable washer/dryer in a closet off the kitchen.

This large swimming pool will delight families, children, the very young, and the young at heart. Sip margaritas poolside and listen to the music of tropical breezes rustling palm fronds.

Each condo is centrally located, so you can enjoy a plethora of great restaurants, shops, Bridge Street, and the dreamy white-sand beaches within walking distance.
Convenience is a key attribute of this island-themed condo. Park your car (two covered parking spaces are provided) and explore the small, charming, historic island by foot, bicycle, golf cart, or trolley. Trolley tours stop right out front, as does the Monkey Bus (island bus transportation).

Walk to 14 different restaurants! The prime location of the Paradise Palms offers a leisurely stroll to boutiques, entertainment, grocery markets, and pharmacies.
The white sand beaches of Anna Maria flaunt the prettiest seashells in Florida! Anna Maria is also a top US location for rare seashells. Swim in the turquoise Gulf of Mexico, where dolphins play daily. Bring your fishing gear to cast a line off the pier, or rent a boat to get out on deep water and fish.

The Shoppes of Paradise Bay Plaza is just about .5 miles away and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Tree store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 19-minute drive (10.1 miles) south. Downtown Sarasota and St. Armands Circle are just a 30-minute drive south and offer great spots for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar and casual and upscale dining and shopping.
Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton on the Manatee River with bars, dining, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

Proximity to Anna Maria Island is a highlight of the Gulf Watch community. There’s a saying here; “When you're on Anna Maria Island, you don’t go to the beach… because on Anna Maria Island, you’re already at the beach.” With Gulf temperatures averaging 84 degrees and 360 days of sunshine per year, the surrounding waters of AMI are known as “the nursery” because of the many dolphins that raise their young here.

Surrounded by water and interlaced with canals, this area hosts many amazing sea creatures, including Loggerhead Turtles, Manatees, and dolphins. Loggerhead turtles are a protected species. A Turtle Watch group of wonderful folks search the beaches for nests and protect those nests until the eggs hatch (it is illegal for anyone to tamper with the nests). Manatees are also protected here in Florida - they are commonly seen in the summer when they leave their winter-warm waters and migrate south.

The closest airport is Sarasota Bradenton Intl (SRQ) (7.25 mi). Other nearby airports are Tampa St. Petersburg (PIE) (29.22 mi), Tampa (TPA) (33.01 mi), Punta Gorda Charlotte County (PGD) (53.66 mi) or Fort Myers SW Florida Intl (RSW) (83.19 mi).

Anna Maria Island is accessed by three draw bridges: two from the mainland and one from Longboat Key. Many residents leave their cars in their garages and travel to Anna Maria Island by bicycle, scooter, or boat. A car is not necessary on this small island. A FREE island trolley and “Monkey Bus” offer public transportation.
