Stunning queenslander, just 5 mins drive to Brunswick Heads!

The house has lovely indoor/outdoor living in a 3 bedroom renovated Queenslander with huge decks wrapping around the house. Chefs kitchen for foodies and a newly constructed yoga/exersize room. Quiet neighborhood yet centrally located as just 5 mins drive to Brunswick Heads & 20 mins to Byron Bay.

There is a lovely tree lined bike path that is flat all the way to New Brighton or South Golden beach and takes 15mins if your going slow! There are two bikes if you wish to use.

Brunswick Heads which has loads of great restaurants and cafes but if you want to stay local you could walk over to Billinudgel for a pub meal or Indian or get some delicious pizzas from the South Golden shop.

If you are into your fresh local food we have local farmers markets at New Brighton on Tuesday mornings or a larger lively one at Mullumbimby on Friday mornings.. so check them out and come home and make a feast!

There is a granny flat downstairs. A mother and 16 year old daughter live there. It is private , sound proofed from upstairs. and self-contained and there are no shared spaces apart from driveway. They are friendly and respectful and you will hardly notice they are there.

Pets are NOT welcome at this property.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit.

A $500 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be deposited prior to arrival.
