The large open plan living/dining room includes comfortable lounges, a TV and a dining suite to seat six. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooking, microwave, Lavazza coffee pod machine and more. Enjoy an afternoon snack perched on the timber stools overlooking the kitchen area.

Bedroom one is very spacious with queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and a lovely ensuite with vanity, toilet and shower. There is access via a timber deck to the yard through the glass sliding doors.
Bedrooms two and three include a double bed, built in robe and both have a ceiling fan.
The study has a desk and ceiling fan.

There is a split system air conditioner in the living area.

The main bathroom has a shower and bath, there is a powder room with a separate toilet.
