Master bedroom has its own ensuite. Each room has a queen bed for your comfort.



A spacious living area is located in the middle of the home perfect for the kids. Open plan living, dining, kitchen area great to entertain inside when it's raining.



Complete with an outdoor entertaining area and fabulous views of the lake at the rear of the home.



Bathroom features a corner spa for that romantic getaway or just somewhere for the parents to relax while the children play.



Large outdoor entertaining area with a bbq and outdoor furniture that looks across the picturesque Encounter Lakes.



There are two canoes and bikes available for use.



* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* * Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

Very comfortable and roomy house in a quiet area. Perfect holiday house for visiting the area and sitting back relaxing while looking out over the lake. With the beach and shops being a short drive away. Will be staying again next time we visit. Pamela
