Nice home

Overall amazing stay. Little disappointed the pool is always in the shade with no direct sunlight, so we only used it once. Beds were comfortable.

Great Property in Cape Coral

We really enjoyed our two weeks at this new home. We have been in the Fort Myers area in February for over 20 years and were forced to move due to hurricane damage to our old area. Very nice, quiet area. The house quite large, with lots of room, and is well appointed. The beds and furniture are higher end. The pool, outdoor area and BBQ grille are very nice. We had a few minor issues and the property management Co and property manager were very responsive. We were very impressed and booked for 2025 already. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful neighborhood; the space was clean and inviting. Private back yard with heated pool was perfect. My only complaint was we did not have control over the thermostat which was frustrating. Any time we wanted it changed, we had to contact management, who contacted the host, who then adjusted it for us — very strange and because of what felt like an ordeal, we didn’t feel comfortable making requests. Also agree with other reviews about cameras in the garage and around the parameter of the house. I’m fine with exterior cameras, I understand security, but the ones overlooking the pool area felt intrusive.

Great Stay in a Beautiful Home

We stayed at this beautiful home for a month. Two adults and our teenage children. The home is set up very well for a family of four leaving an extra bedroom for guests. We did need to supply a few things for our extended stay such as rugs in certain areas and more decent cookware. The location is quite far from any beaches and the tolls to get to Fort Myers added up quickly. Also lost heat in our pool for the last week of our stay which was very disappointing. Rental company staff did check it the day after we complained but nothing was done to fix it. Overall a great home and a wonderful stay.

Thank you for sharing your experience at our beautiful home. We're delighted to hear that the layout suited your family well, with plenty of space for everyone and an extra bedroom for guests. We appreciate your feedback regarding the need for certain amenities during your extended stay, and we'll take that into consideration to better equip the home for future guests. We understand the distance from beaches and the loss of heat in the pool during the last week of your stay, so we appreciate your understanding. Rest assured, when we initially checked it, our team had to call professional service to further fix it, so please know that it has been resolved already. Meanwhile, our team is now skilled in resolving complicated issues about the pool for prompt resolution. Despite these concerns, we're glad to hear that you had a wonderful overall stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an even better experience. Warm regards, Roelens Vacations
