The house was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location of Cape Coral. Provides bikes, kayaks, games, and pool toys! Kids enjoyed the pool everyday. Lanai area is very comfortable with plenty of seating as is the living room. Short drive to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel. This is a great house to stay in and we would stay here again (kids voted this is the house we should stay in every time we visit SWFL)!

I would give 19 stars if possible! Pros: beautiful big pool, extremely clean home, kitchen has everything you can think of, the lanai was so big and nice, the most comfy beds and so much more.Cons: not one con!We can't wait to come back next year!

We have just had the most amazing stay. The property was immaculately clean and in a fantastic location for local amenities and exploring the local area. The pool was amazing and the views over the water were breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.The inclusion of fishing equipment and kayaks helped make pool days more memorable and stopped our 10 year old getting bored when the Florida afternoon clouds rolled in.Check in and check out was so easy and the property has everything you could need, and more.I could not recommend this property highly enough. We rent villas regularly for our holidays and this is among the very best we have had the pleasure of staying in. Such a beautiful home. We are already planning our next trip to Florida and will no doubt be hoping to stay at this wonderful property again.

Fabulous home, the pictures don’t do it justice! So clean, roomy, and had everything our family needed! The pool area is amazing and that’s were we spent most time when we were in the home. The pier and waterway is so peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying this house! The outdoor area was our favorite and where we spent most of our time even with a few chilly days the fire pit table was great. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Jill was very responsive to a couple questions that we had. Can’t wait to come back to this house in the future.
Fresh Royal Red Shrimp from Cape Coral farmers market along with a steak that we grilled and enjoyed eating outdoors by the pool.

We highly recommend this property! It was well kept, pricing was fair, the pool was warm (even when the weather was cool), the outdoor amentities were a big plus for us, especially the propane heated table on cool nights. It was located close enough to go shelling at Sanibel Island and easy to get to many great restaraunts and other things to do. Jilll, the property manager was also very responsive and happy to help.

This home is lovely, situated on a quiet street, with big beautiful palm trees in the front and set on a nice canal. The home was very clean with quality furnishings. The kitchen has everything you need to cook nice meals if you want to eat in. Beds are comfortable with nice linens. The highlight is truly the lanai, with a lovely pool and huge covered area with attractive, comfortable furniture. Just beautiful! The only detriment to our stay was that for the first 3 days, the home next door had jackhammers going from 8:30 am to 5 pm and we absolutely could not spend any time outside. The property manager, Jill, immediately reached out to the owners of the home we were staying in. They did not know the new neighbors and were not told of a renovation plan so could not have anticipated this. Jill was quite concerned and was looking to possibly relocate us if needed. My husband inquired to the neighbor on the afternoon of day 2 and learned he had recently bought the home next door and had workers removing two layers of tiles on the main floor and some upstairs. He was very apologetic that it was impacting our holiday and said there would be only one more day of this work. Truly a nice fellow next door! Thankfully, the work did stop after the 3rd day, and we were able to enjoy the the peace and beauty of the outdoor space again. Jill is an attentive property manager, and this is a lovely home in Cape Coral, which you can see from other reviews!

We spent the week of Christmas 2025 in Florida. Our favorite place in this home was the outdoor area, and the pool. We were lucky with the weather being in the upper 70's low 80's. The house was perfect also, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room to relax, and the beds were very comfortable. This home was perfect for our family of 6.

Our "Florida House" as we call it. We love this house! Always clean and accommodating, we've stayed multiple times. Comfortable and cozy. Great location. Local restaurants are easily accessible. Awesome pool and lani. The rubber like pool decking is great, soft and we don't worry about slips or falls. Waters warm and clean in the pool. Perfect lani for sitting, watching the boys swim and enjoying the Florida weather. The dock makes a great place to catch a few catfish from, had the chance to catch a few jacks when they came up the canal chasing bait fish, made great catfish bait. Rented a boat from a local marina, drove it right to the house and loaded up for a day cruising the gulf, checking out all the beaches. The bunk bed room is a favorite of our young sons. This is our place to stay when visiting Ft Myers and family.
