** We are pleased to be able to help Donkey Welfare with Heart Inc, providing our paddocks for some of their rescued donkeys, they will be present onsite from time to time. Please respect these donkeys have special needs and are under strict diets. So as tempting as it may be, please do not feed or pat the donkeys and under no circumstances enter the paddocks. **

Perfect for large groups of family and friends, wedding guests or milestone occasions, Colle Arcano Estate features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across the main house and guest cottage. Please note 1 Bathroom is located outdoors accessed from the covered cabana area.
 
The main residence exudes a five-star French provincial charm and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are fitted with full sized, clawfoot baths. The guest cottage features a further two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
 
On arrival, grand gates welcome you along the crushed granite, circular drive into this landscaped retreat. Step inside to be greeted with two inviting living spaces, one for summer and the other with a crackling wood fireplace crafted from hand-hewn stone creating a cosy ambience of the countryside. Both perfect spots to sink into the generous sofas, spend time with loved ones or catch a movie. The French Country style kitchen is an entertainers dream and is complemented by top-of-the-line Smeg appliances. The adjacent dining area features a huge picture window, perfectly framing the views of the lush green back yard, fire pit and rolling hills beyond. You’ll find an opulent games room and bar with a full-sized billiard table overlooking the pool and sensational outdoor entertainment precinct.

Adjacent to the pool, a multipurpose basketball court, complete with soccer goals at each end, guarantees endless family fun.
 
The backyard is a private oasis, featuring a lush green grass area and a generous fire pit zone with a feature sandstone retaining wall. Should you wish to venture out and explore, Iron Gate Estate winery, Hanging Tree and Mira Wines are just a short stroll away. Saddlers Creek Wines, Kelman Vineyard, Savannah Estate, Usher Tinkler, Audrey Wilkinson, Ben Ean and Baume Restaurant are all just a short drive away. Duck into Cessnock for some supplies, just 6 minutes away, and do some further sightseeing with Hunter Valley Gardens & Hunter Valley Wildlife Park less then 10 minutes’ drive away.

Please note, Colle Arcano Estate has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property.  Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.

TARIFF

Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 10 guests (adults or children) $1,688 per night (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 10 guests (adults or children) $1,266 per night (Mon-Thu)
Extra children aged 2-12 are charged at $64 per child per night.
Infants under 2 are free.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1500 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time. 

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES 
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
