The Space:

The Aspect is a spacious four-bedroom home with lake, ocean and golf-course views, accommodating up to 10 registered guests.

Bedroom 1: One queen bed with ensuite bathroom.

Maximum occupancy: 10 registered guests.

The expansive contemporary kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, double-door refrigerator, electric cooking appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. The open-plan layout provides multiple seating areas and a generous dining space.

Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom. A second bathroom includes a bathtub. The ground-floor laundry and third toilet are accessed externally.

A fold-up table-tennis table is available in the garage, which can be accessed from inside the house.

Ducted heating and cooling serves the bedrooms and main living areas.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas, plus the kitchen, fenced garden, covered deck and gas BBQ. The garage comfortably suits one car, or two small cars, and there is driveway parking for two additional vehicles. There are two steps to the front entrance and a full staircase with a gate between the deck and back garden. The ground-floor laundry and third toilet are accessed externally. The storage cupboard outside Bedroom 4 is locked. Coila Beach is about 600 metres away. Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.



Early check-in or late check-out may be available as an optional extra, subject to adjoining bookings, housekeeping and maintenance requirements. Availability can be confirmed 24 hours beforehand.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Tuross Head, Allenby Road offers a unique blend of natural beauty and convenience. The street is characterized by its impressive Norfolk Pines, framing views of the Tuross Head Golf Course on one side. A pleasant stroll down towards the ocean leads to Tuross Boulevard, with a paved pathway perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides, connecting you to Coila Beach and One Tree Beach, as well as a variety of local shops. The local club is also within walking distance, providing dining, golfing, and entertainment.



Getting Around:

The garage comfortably suits one car, or two small cars, and the driveway has space for two additional vehicles. Once parked, you can walk or cycle around Tuross Head, including to Coila Beach and the village shops.



Other Things to Note:

• Maximum of 10 registered guests.

• The primary guest must be at least 30 years old.

• Pets are considered only with prior written approval. If approved, a $55 pet fee applies. Pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds.

• There are two steps to the front entrance and a full staircase with a gate between the deck and back garden.

• The ground-floor laundry and third toilet are accessed externally.

• The fenced garden backs directly onto the golf course. The rear fence is approximately one metre high, and a golf-course pond is accessible beyond the back gate.

• Bring your own beach towels and personal toiletries.

• No smoking or vaping, parties, events or unregistered visitors.

• Quiet hours are 10:00 pm–9:00 am.

• A non-refundable $125 booking fee and a refundable $1,000 security deposit apply.

• Guest registration, acceptance of terms and photo identification are required after booking.



Cancellations: For direct bookings, the cancellation deadline is 4:59 pm, property local time, 60 days before arrival when the booking includes any night in Peak Season (18 December to 31 January inclusive), and 30 days before arrival for all other stays. Cancellations received by the applicable deadline are refunded according to the Booking Terms, less the non-refundable booking fee and a $150 cancellation fee. After the applicable deadline, 50% of the accommodation fee is payable and the booking fee remains non-refundable.
