A gas bbq awaits your use on the covered deck, while swimming and surf beaches, fishing, lakes and kayaking areas are all only moments away.

The Space:
The expansive and contemporary kitchen features a walk-in pantry, double door refrigerator, electric cooking appliances, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The open plan layout is remarkably roomy, boasting multiple seating areas and a generous dining space.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and boasts its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed, while the third bedroom features a queen bed. The fourth bedroom contains two sets of single bunk beds, providing a total of four singles. A second bathroom with a bathtub is also available.

Accessed only from the exterior, the ground floor houses a fully equipped laundry room and a third toilet. For entertainment, a fold-up table tennis setup is located in the garage, which can be accessed internally from the house.

Guest Access:
With a simple press of the button, you can open up the garage door and park your car. Just 600 metres away at the end of the street is pet-friendly Coila Beach, which is connected to One Tree Beach via a sealed cycle and walkway. Along the way, you'll pass by the village shops.

Guests have access to the entire premises with the exception of a locked storage cupboard outside the 4th bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
Allenby Road in Tuross Head, is a scenic street lined with iconic Norfolk Pines, originally planted by the town's founder, Hector McWilliam. The western side of the street backs directly onto the Tuross Head Golf Course, offering beautiful views for golf enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.

As you follow the Norfolk Pines down towards the oceanfront, you’ll find a sealed cycle and walkway along Tuross Blvd that stretches from Coila Beach to One Tree Beach, passing by local shops and other attractions. Allenby Road is also within walking distance of The Country Club, which offers meals, golf, bowls, and entertainment, making it a convenient location for both relaxation and leisure activities.

Getting Around:
The Aspect has a double garage with an automatic door available for guest use. There is driveway space for 2 vehicles. Park the car and enjoy a stroll or bike ride around the village.

• Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries.
• Booking fee $125 – Maximum 10 Guests.
• Refundable guest bond $500 is payable - details below.
• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.

Pets - Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.

Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at The Aspect Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 

Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 10 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 8 guests. 

Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at The Aspect. The property is non smoking internally.

Interaction with Guests:
We are Lyne Gatty Real Estate - Lyne Gatty & Jay Gatty located right here in Tuross Head. We usually meet guests on arrival at the house, however we are happy to make other arrangements for self-check-in and after hours arrivals. We are available to assist anytime during your stay.
