If you are traveling in a large group, this 4-bedroom townhouse may be exactly what you are looking for! 4 bedrooms with queen beds and couch bed in living room available which can sleep further 2 people.

This townhouse is literally a stone throws away from central CBD wellington, Courtenay Place, Embassy Cinema, Oriental Parade - You name it!

The space
3 level townhouse, with private gated access. 4 bedrooms all with queen beds and wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 shared ensuite). Washing machine in main bathroom, open plan kitchen with basic cooking amenities, electric stove and oven, fridge freezer, open living with dining, free parking for drop offs, coupon parking all around the premises ($18 per day), paid car park behind the building), 25 meters away from Courtenay Place CBD, 7min walk to Oriental Parade, New World supermarket around the corner, pretty much anything in CBD is within walking distance!


Guest access
Guest will need to access through a security gate off the main street, then walk down short alley to access the unit at the back.

Other things to note
Please note the roof is currently being repaired and it is strictly prohibited to access the roof top from balcony, as it is currently a construction site. Note that no construction is carried out during stays so no issues with noise.

house was very central in Wellington with shops nearby. We did end up leaving early due to feeling unsafe as the front door is down a dark alley and the bottom floor bedroom windows look out into the alley. Parking is also not widely available but you can buy a week's worth of parking behind the house. Beds were clean and comfy, and the shower water pressure was good, just the location wasn't ideal.

Great stay

Perfect property for a long awaited catch up with friends. Property is clean, tidy and spacious! Property manager was very responsive and understanding - especially after being a little loud and over excited the first night..!Would highly recommend.

Great location for central Wellington.Restaurant next door was noisy till midnight for one bedroom.Needs a little maintanance in some areas. Enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was 7 of us & there was enough room for more! Such a central location, a minute walk from Courtenay Place! Thank you, Steve!

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. Was enough room for 9 of us as we were only there at night and early mornings. Bit tight with bathrooms. A separate toilet would have been good with so many of us. Such an easy location. Just parked the cars for free in the street and walked everyone over the weekend.

Host was unresponsive. Had to make changes to our booking and I had to continually follow up. 1 Day out I had to follow up for check in details. To access the place, you had to go down a dark alley way which was the back of shops, rubbish all around the entry way. Upon entering the place, there was a bad odour throughout, hand towels were left on the dining room table from previous stayers or cleaners. Crumbs still left around the bench and in the lounge area. Curtains in the bedroom were ripped and all closed up. It felt dirty and very uncomfortable. We didn’t feel safe and it didn’t feel inviting or clean so we didn’t end up staying. Have tried to reach out to host to work something out but no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Location Supreme

Was a great set up for our group of 4 adults. We got a room each, and was affordable to share the cost between the 4 of us. Just across the road from Courtney Place and right amongst restaurants. Walkable to many places. Only dowside to me was the noise at night and early in the mornings being surrounded by restaurants and inner city noises which disrupted my sleep. But this may jot be an issue for you if you are a good sleeper.

Dreadful noisey place at night with local bar staff loud and laughing and deliveries up the dirty alley in the early hoursNot good for peaceful sleepingOn four levels if you have walking issues everything up stairs. No supply of tea bags or coffee x When requested promised but not delivered. For such a large cost one would expect a tea bag provided. Handy to cafés but difficult for parkingWould not recommend this host at all. Avoid him. Communication not simple or frequent once you have paid.

The marketing of this property was not suffice or accurate. On arrival it was difficult to find the actual property as per instructions. I question whether this property meets wotif compliance? I left the property a day early due to not feeling happy with my purchase of a holiday home.
