Experience Wellington from our character-filled Lambton Quay apartment. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms (including a private ensuite), the space comfortably accommodates up to six guests, offering both practicality and charm.

Inside, you’ll find a light-filled living area with soaring ceilings and a stunning ceiling mural that adds a sense of history and artistry. The apartment is simply furnished yet comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals and a dining table perfect for gathering together.

Please note: access requires climbing 30 steps. The short climb rewards you with a private and peaceful retreat right above the bustle of the city.

The location couldn’t be more central — a supermarket is directly below the apartment for everyday essentials, and the famous Wellington Cable Car is just metres from your front door. Step outside and you’ll also find shops, cafés, restaurants, and the city’s main attractions all within easy reach.

Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a family break, or a work stay, this apartment is a welcoming and convenient base in the very heart of Wellington.

For many locals, walking is the preferred way to get around, especially during peak hours when traffic can get a bit tight.

Public Transport:

We do consider gatherings and events, but they must be pre-approved in advance. A bond, event fee, and rubbish disposal fee will apply. Additionally, all extra guests must leave at the agreed-upon time. Please reach out to discuss any event plans before booking.

For your peace of mind, the entrance is monitored by security cameras 24/7.

City Centre Location
Being in the heart of the city means you’re close to all the action! However, please be aware that nightlife noise and light pollution may be present, especially on weekends.

Tram Access
The tram stops right outside, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore Wellington.
