Exceptionnel Appartement Central Lambton Quay

L'appartement a deux chambres à coucher, les deux avec lits queen, chaque chambre a sa propre télévision et l'appartement a internet sans fil.

Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision, d'un lecteur DVD, d'une boîte Apple TV et de radiateurs pour vous garder au chaud.

La cuisine a toutes les bases et bien plus encore, y compris une machine à café, une machine à pop-corn, un cuiseur à riz, une presse à sandwich, un four micro-ondes et un mixeur, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns.

Sont également disponibles des jouets, des casse-tête et des livres pour enfants, une chaise haute, une poussette de base (ne convient pas aux nouveau-nés), un berceau portable de base (sans les draps, etc.) et la plupart des éléments de base dont une famille aurait besoin, y compris un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. et séchoir. La douche a une petite (baignoire courte) dans le fond pour faciliter la baignade des enfants.

Les frais de linge de maison sont inclus dans le prix de la réservation et les clients sont priés de veiller à ce que tous les plats utilisés soient lavés et rangés avant leur départ.

La clé de l'appartement est conservée dans un coffre-fort situé à environ 2 minutes à pied, vous permettant ainsi de vous laisser entrer sans avoir à rencontrer quelqu'un à une heure précise.

Les frais de réservation s’élèvent à 4 personnes mais nous disposons de 2 lits simples portables moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Ces lits ont été conçus en Suède et fabriqués en Europe. Ils sont dotés de lattes et d'un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme de 10 cm d'épaisseur pour plus de confort et de soutien.

Si le stationnement est nécessaire, il y a des bâtiments de stationnement commerciaux à proximité.

The host really helped us when we had difficulty reading the check-in information. The apartment is well situated in the CBD and is very secure. It was nice to have a washer and dryer along with a kitchen with cooking amenities.

Central and easy communication

The communication with the owner was spot on! Travelling from overseas it was important and she responded to us promptly. The location is great and very spacious apartment. Instructions were easy to understand.

Very disappointed

The apartment had a terrible smell upon entry. Lots of dust on the tv, baseboards and behind the dressers. Food from previous renters left in the frig and bugs in the sugar. The blinds were dirty and not all of them worked. The apartment needs a deep cleaning and painting. The beds were clean and the location was great.

Great city experience

I didn't know what to expect being in the city, but the location of CBD of Wellington is fantastic. It was never a long drive to anything you'd like to do, close to the ferry port, lots of food and shopping choices, and the five of us made use of the massage (& nail) place next door; I had the best massage of my life there. The owner communicated well with me in advance and provided some parking suggestions (ramps), but as I was parking in a ramp I met a garage parking meter attendant who suggested I park on the street cause it's free parking from 8 pm to 8 am and would be significantly cheaper.. it was! I used the parking app on my phone for the street meters and only had to pay for a total of 4 hours for two nights due to the free parking after 8pm. The only negatives are 1) the clothes dryer didn't dry very well, but once we were aware of it, we used the other one more; 2) no paper towels provided; both minor. I recommend and would stay again if I return to the area.

Central but needs some TLC

The location was good but the apartment had not received any updating and was in need of a thorough clean. The basics were kept to a good standard but both my husband and daughter had allergies the entire duration of our stay. Although the kitchen was well stocked the cleanliness of the items was questionable. The bedsheets were clean but had stains and marks on them, in need of being replaced with new ones. I hate giving bad reviews but the apartment just was not up to the standard of others we have stayed at within the same price bracket.

I’m totally shocked by this review, no concerns were raised with me at any time. We don’t often get bookings through this website but our apartment is usually fully booked. We are rated as a super host on other sites and in fact normally get 5 stars for the cleanliness. Really disappointing that these comments have been made. An early checkin was requested which we organised and no mention at anytime of any problems at all.

Every thing you need and a very handy location.

Every thing you need and a very handy location. Close to cable car, water front and te papa. Countdown super market just a few minutes walk away plus shops and cafe's. We found Two Greys on the corner of featherston and grey st a nice place for dinner.

Location was very central , but we were surprised how much street noise we could hear at night even

Location was very central , but we were surprised how much street noise we could hear at night even though the apartment was on the 8th Floor. The apartment was very clean, though there were only 4 cups and we were a group of 5. We did have a small issue with the TV turning itself on at 6.30 in the morning when we had not set a timer, maybe pull the plug when you go to bed.

Really sorry to hear that you had problems during your stay, unfortunately with being right in the middle of the city there sometimes is noise, although it is very infrequently a problem, there may have been an event on. We weren't aware the previous guests have broken the cups and not let us know, this will be replaced immediately. We have checked the TV and it appears that there had been a wake up timer on the TV set, this has now been removed. Its such a shame it wasn't a better stay.
