Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.
The Neighborhood:
Prime city position at the gateway to the new $1b Darling Harbour redevelopment, Chinatown, Sydney CBD and Barangaroo.
Walking distance, via the 2nd floor walkway, to light-rail, bus routes, train stations, shops, restaurants, Star City, Sydney Entertainment Centre, Fish Markets, Harbourside walkways and 4 Universities.
Getting Around:
Walking distance to light-rail and trains to Central & Dulwich Hill. Bus to city nearby. Metered parking.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Clothes cannot be hung to dry on the balcony. No smoking in the apartment or common areas.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
