Située directement sur le sable blanc de la magnifique plage de Pensacola, cette unité de deux chambres et deux salles de bains au 12ème étage offre une vue fantastique sur le golfe.

Emerald Isle # 1205 est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

En entrant dans l'unité, vous verrez la buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité. La cuisine est ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon et est équipée d'appareils électroménagers majeurs et de nombreux comptoirs. Prenez vos repas en famille à la table à manger pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. Le salon a de grandes fenêtres avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Il y a beaucoup de sièges confortables, y compris deux petits canapés-lits.

Détendez-vous et profitez de la vue ou dînez en plein air sur le balcon privé donnant sur les piscines et le golfe du Mexique. La chambre principale du Golfe a un lit king size, une salle de bain privée, une vue fabuleuse et un accès au balcon. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une grande baignoire et d'une douche de jardin. La chambre d'amis a un lit queen et partage la salle de bain avec le salon. Ce condo de 1 100 pieds carrés peut accueillir six personnes.

Les installations sur place comprennent deux piscines, un bain à remous, un sauna et un centre de remise en forme. Shopping, restaurants et vie nocturne se trouvent à quelques pas de ce condo situé au centre, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour des vacances à la plage.

The property was perfect for us. Lots of room, great kitchen, a little too hot for the balcony, but was nice in the early am and late pm. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. The fridge leaked a little -- but that was reported. Check-in and parking was easy. The beach was close and the pools were closer. We enjoyed both. Lots to do close by and great restaurants. Grocery stores close by. We wish we had reserved a few more days. Would stay here again. THANKS!

Awful Service

We have stayed at the Emerald Isle condos several times. They have a great location on the beach as well as for restaurants, etc. In the past we have never had to deal with anyone in the office across the street, and had I have had to do that before we wouldn’t have stayed there numerous times.The front desk ladies were AWFUL!The code I received to register my tag to park was wrong.I called, I left messages. No return phone call to help fix the situation.We got a warning from security for not being registered to park.So I made time to go across and talk to someone and the lady implied that it was my fault I had the wrong code because “they don’t make mistakes”.Completely changed my view of how wonderful the property is.

Great location with a spectacular view of the Gulf of America!!

Heated pool unfortunately it was crammed with kids, some unattended. The hot tub was the same and the jets would work till someone not knowing how to turn it on would crank on it and then it would be done for the day. The other pool on the property was the bigger but too cold to go in and I think that is why everyone was jammed in the smaller of the two. Life is never perfect, and I was very pleased with everything else. I will come back for sure. Would love to see an adult times for the pool as well. Thanks and God Bless

Could Use Some Improvements

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Emerald Isle numerous time over the years. I must say that this unit was a little tired and could use a few things. Some of the previous reviewers were correct on a few things.1) 3 of the knobs on the stove did not have markers on them. If we tried to use the one knob as a guide, it did not work. When we thought the burner was on low, it was on a higher setting.2) Blackout curtains would be nice in the front bedroom, as the outdoor light shines in, even with the blinds closed upwards, making the room pretty bright at night. We had to use towels over the windows to darken the room. 3) There was still quite a bit of sand on the floor when we arrived. The unit could use a new broom and dust pan as they did not pick up the sand very well. Also, there was a LOAD of sand on the balcony that tracked into the condo every time we came in. We had to sweep it twice just to enjoy the balcony. The rug at the back door was pretty nasty and full of sand as well. 4) The table on the balcony was very small and the chairs were not very comfortable for sitting out and eating or watching the waves.5) For the $4000 we paid for a week, providing at least one umbrella and pair of chairs would have been nice.6) One of the 2 elevators was broken the entire week. We kept being told it would be getting fixed that day but finally did the evening before we were leaving. It made it difficult and rather stiflingly warm when there was a huge crowd in the lobby waiting. The couple that we were with walked 12 flights to our condo when a rain storm came through and the lobby was full.7) The condo had a musty smell from the humidity. A dehumidifier might help. Overall, the condo was just ok, but the little things make such a nice difference, especially when other condos in Emerald Isle have provided these little extra touches.We probably would not stay at this condo again, unless we see reviews that these things have been improv

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been traveling to Pensacola Beach and renting from Paradise Beach Homes for 43 years. The check in time has been moved back over the years and is now so late that it creates issues for families with small children waiting for 3 -4 hours for check in. Check in time has moved for 2pm to 5 pm over the years.Additionally the late check in creates a large issue with all renters checking into Emerald Isle at the same time with only 4 luggage carts available so it requires many trips on the elevators since the carts are all in use or more wait tie to obtain the use of a luggage cart.

Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay but there are things things that really need addressed; The front bedroom right inside the entry really needs Curtains. The blinds DO NOT keep out the light from the hall-bright as day in there. The electric stove KNOBS are blank, makes it hard to gauge the heat. The balcony table top tiles wobble. The washers 'fabric-softener' area REALLY needs cleaned out, it's full of old thick residue. Bring softener sheets instead! The master bed REALLY needs new sheets, pretty scratchy. For all you Shell lovers, you might want to find a different beach. Part of our love for the ocean/beach is to find shells but at this beach the hunt consists of fighting the breaking waves and rarely finding a real keeper, wish we would have known that. Overall, the place itself was nice, had pretty much all you need for a stay-away. Nice area, walking distance from shops and eating out. There's a bridge fee each time you come across- we haven't got our bill yet so unsure how much it was but we think it was $3 each time. All these items I listed above our easy fixes. I'd inquire before you book!

The view from the balcony was phenomenal. The outdoor furniture on the balcony needs to be replaced. It’s worn and uncomfortable. There are plenty of kitchenware to stay in for dinner, but the ability to walk to everything is what makes this location so great. There was plenty of parking and the secure entry and exit sets you at ease.

Beds and linens were very comfortable. Tons of pillows of various thickness . In addition to sofa bed, there is a self inflating full mattress. There is a tub of beach toys and a couple of umbrellas. . I do recommend bringing a couple of dish towels . The unit is beautifully decorated with tons of fun touches. Very nice glassware and dishes. We went to Joe Pattie’s for seafood and We cooked every night. We had what we needed to do so. You will enjoy your stay. Paradise is a good company and Emerald Isle a good location and the u it is lovely.
