This intimate retreat, tailored for a couple, is located just a five-minute drive from historic downtown Main Street and minutes away from the 290 Wine Trail. This is the ideal haven for crafting timeless memories.



The Space:

Step into this stylish and chic retreat boasting an open layout that seamlessly connects the living space, kitchen, and dining area. The living area is a haven for relaxation and entertainment – sink into the plush comfort of the cozy couch or take a seat in the additional chair. The flat-screen TV takes center stage, providing the perfect focal point for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.



The kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with stainless steel appliances that cater to your every cooking need. The island, complete with bar seating for two, is ideal for quick breakfasts or casual conversations over a glass of wine while preparing meals. Whether you're a seasoned chef or just looking to whip up simple dishes, this kitchen has you covered.



Retreat to the tranquil bedroom after a day of exploration, featuring a spacious king-sized bed adorned with luxurious linens promising a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower adds a touch of modern convenience and style.



For added convenience, this condo includes a laundry area complete with a washer and dryer, allowing you to pack lighter and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.



After exploring charming downtown or indulging in a wine tasting adventure, escape to the outdoor oasis of the backyard. Here, you'll discover the hot tub, offering soothing warmth and bubbling water for the ultimate relaxation. The patio also provides a perfect setting with a table and seating for two, ideal for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktails.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

The street is also home to numerous restaurants, wine tasting rooms, a brewpub, and two museums, offering a diverse range of dining and cultural experiences. 3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Cozi authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
