Must climb stairs: Please note that the loft is accessible via very steep stairs with no doorways. Exercise caution when using them. There is one flight of stairs leading to the porch and front door, followed by another steep flight of stairs to reach the loft.

- This property is suitable for children/infants. Note: Please be aware that the loft has very steep stairs and no doorways. Children must be supervised at all times and should never be left alone in the upstairs loft. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.



- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/airbnb fees. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is not fully enclosed/fenced. There is no protective barrier, as this area is a wildlife refuge.
