Welcome to Lillian's Cottage on Harbour Island. This newly remodeled cottage is located just 200 feet from world-famous Pink Sands Beach, and a short walk from excellent beachfront restaurants including Pink Sands and Coral Sands.

For guests attending weddings and special occasion events at nearby Ocean View Club and Runaway Hill Hotel, Lillian's Cottage is a convenient and affordable off-property option just steps away.

Lillian's Cottage is a spacious studio. The main room features a queen bed and a living area with a large sofa, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. Off the main room is a full bath with a walk-in shower.

Lillian's kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, regular coffeemaker and plenty of counter space. The kitchen is fully supplied with cookware for guests who prefer to cook at home and dine in.

Outside, Lillian's has a private patio with a coral stone floor, furnished for lounging and dining. There is also a wonderful private roof deck with sweeping views of the ocean, a stone's throw away.

Lillian's is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI and cable TV. We've just installed a backup water system. Lillian's does not have a back-up generator.

Great Location

Great location and space! Easy check-in and good communication with the property manager. Only issue we had is that we still haven’t received our $1000 “refundable” deposit back and there is no reason we shouldn’t get it back.

power outages

we didn't realize this about the island, but it's not out of the ordinary for the island to have power outages. for this reason, most every property has a generator. but this property does not. although the listing does say it doesn't have a generator, it does not disclose the reason for needing one. we were without power - air conditioning and water for most of the stay. we ended up leaving the property early and getting a hotel. the owner did reimburse us for the 2 nights we left the property. but would not reimburse us for the 2 nights we slept without air conditioning and couldn't shower or brush our teeth.

15 Year Anniversary Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful 7-night stay at Lillian's Cottage. Positioned on Court ST, it offers great views of the Atlantic from the cottage roof top. The cottage was just the right size for two people and had all the amenities we needed. The cottage clean and well-maintained.We were particularly impressed with the responsiveness of the property manager, Joe, who promptly addressed any questions or issues we had. During our visit, there was an island-wide water outage, but thankfully, the cottage's water system ensured we had no disruptions. Additionally, the internet was initially down when we arrived, but Joe worked diligently and had it up and running by the end of the day.In terms of dining, we visited several restaurants on the island and were never disappointed. A highlight of our trip was the boat excursion we booked with Paulie's from Spanish Wells. Paulie conveniently picked us up at Valentines Marina, and we had an unforgettable experience feeding turtles and stingrays, and discovering enormous starfish and sand dollars.

great location with ocean view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying in Lillian's Cottage. Location was quiet and easy beach access. Beach access had chairs and umbrellas to rent as well as food and bar available. We enjoyed sitting on the roof in the mornings and evenings. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Excellent little hideaway

Really enjoyed staying at this little gem of a spot. I’m very smartly decorated, excellent location and very clean. Perfect for two people. We appreciated the ease of dealing with the property manager and owners. Clearly there is care here in this little gem in HI!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome location. Easily walked to pink sands beach every day and stopped at the beach bars and restaurants along the way. Quaint home, had everything needed to make our 9 night stay relaxing and comfortable. Rooftop deck with chairs so fun!!! Would highly recommend. Make sure to rent a golf cart to get to the other side of the island.
