Ocean views from your private balcony! Our ocean-view villa is waiting for you and your family or friends! Just grab your flip flops and pack your bags!
The resort is complete with elevators, laundry facilities on each floor, and outdoor pool and sun deck!

This one-bedroom villa with a private balcony has beautiful ocean sunrise views and is just steps to the pool and beach. This cozy villa sleeps 6 with a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and kid-friendly bunk beds in the hallway! Fresh linens and towels are provided for all beds and guests.
We provide beach essentials: beach wagon, beach towels, and beach chairs for our guests to use!

The kitchen is completely ready for your cooking and entertaining needs with all the cookware and dishware you will need for you and your guests and stocked with much needed appliances, as well. If cooking is not a part of your vacation plans, there are 200+ restaurants on the island to serve you!
The private balcony has cozy seating to enjoy the ocean views and beautiful sunrises.
The Roku Smart TV is perfect to watch your favorite streaming apps or cable TV. Books & games are provided, as well. Free WiFi throughout the villa!

Close to everything that Forest Beach has to offer - restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, and miles of beautiful beaches! The resort is complete with elevators, laundry facilities on each floor, and outdoor pools and sun deck! BBQ grilling area & picnic tables are also on the community grounds for guests to use.
Our ocean view villa is close to Coligny Plaza and its shops, restaurants & entertainment!
Also, The Low Country Celebration Park with its playscapes, playground, amphitheater, children's museum and green space is right across the street from the beach!

*The pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset from April 1st through October 31st. 

If you are an early riser, you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed! You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you!

Please Note: We provide starter amenities upon check-in. This includes one set of bath towels for each guest, travel-size bathroom toiletries & two(2) toilet paper rolls for the bathroom. Beds will be made for you with one(1) set of clean bed linens for each bed. In the kitchen, you will find starter packs of laundry & dish detergent, dish soap, one(1) paper towel roll, coffee filters and trash bags, and a dishtowel. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, appliances, and dinnerware. These items are only a starter pack and will not be refilled during your reservation.

Please note, all cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near Coligny beach.
