Too many bugs and cheap paper products. The place was clean and in a great location. Well stocked for cooking. View was great. Overall positive experience. The light switches are weird - some paddles, some switches and some sort of a touch pad. Confusing as a light switch downstairs turned off the bathroom light upstairs.

We so enjoyed this unit, the decor was great, unit was clean and location perfect. Close enough to all the activities but quiet at night. Loved our stay!

The property was exactly as advertised - very comfortable and near the mountain. The management team was very responsive when we had trouble getting into the garage and helped us resolve it super quickly. We would definitely return.

Tranquil setting with plenty of space

The location was great, and the free shuttle stop out front was so handy to access skiing and Main Street. The unit is very cozy and had plenty of room for our family of 4. We enjoyed the private hot tub and the view of the ski runs was a bonus.

Deer Valley convenience

Older style condo very conveniently located to access all the wonderful Deer Valley amenities and skiing. Great, comfortable place for a family or small friend group!

Great location, however, directions for checking into the garage and using the keypad was incorrect order. We figured it out ourselves. Upon entering the garage to get to our parking spot, found the owners vehicle parked in it, and was left with no spot to park in. Upon entering the home, there were dead spiders, and bugs everywhere. My guess is that it was cleaned and then vacant for a long time and not checked before we arrived. The bathrooms and kitchen and home was clean besides all the dead bugs. Major spider infestation…. They were everywhere. Cobwebs all over and on patio. Other than that, the location was good and a beautiful view. No air-conditioning just to be clear.

We had a fantastic stay. This condo was very spacious wjth beautiful views and a great location. Decor is very homey, from another era that brought me back to ski trips as a kid. The private hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Kitchen was well stocked and ready to cook. The park city bus stop is right across the entrance (but no deer valley direct service). Great walking path steps out of the back door. We had a little hiccup with the garage access as the code given was incorrect, but that was addressed. However a car was parked on our spot the entire time so just parked in a visitors spot. The mattresses are all extraordinarily firm, but got used to them after a few days. Overall great stay.

Fantastic Deer Valley Home

Wonderful DV home! Fantastic location - the shuttle to the ski base is super fast and easy. We usually book ski in ski out, but this worked out great. We left our skis at the free DV base storage and really enjoyed using the shuttle. The home was stocked very generously and was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub and the view made for a stellar experience. Thank you for sharing your home!

Everything was as advertised and photographed. The location to skiing and Park City is fantastic. The condo bathrooms are a little dated but have great water pressure. The light switches are unusual maybe European, but after figuring them out all us good!

Skiing!

Ideal location for skiing, especially at Deer Valley. Bus stop up to the DV mountain (2 minutes) or into Park City(3 minutes) is located just outside the condo. Everything as advertised (heated garage, hot tub, etc). Easy communication with property manager and a slight maintenance hiccup was quickly addressed by the head of maintenance (Rick). Would definitely stay again.

Love this condo Unit and iTrip!

We are a repeat guest to this condo unit. Love the large living room and newly renovated kitchen. iTrip made it so easy to check in, check out, and stay for our vacation too. Ideal location to experience Park City, Deer Valley & surrounding ski areas(Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, etc). Easy check-in. Fabulous communication with the management company. Condo was inviting & clean. Bus to/from Park City & Deer Valley was convenient. NO access to garage parking & ski locker was disappointing. Sewage smell & half-day of water shutoff was less than ideal. Awkward & unorthodox light switches were unnecessary. All 3 beds were noisy & needlessly, overtly firm. For minimal money, update & enlarge the living room TV.

Excellent customer service

We had a previous location booked for our stay, unfortunately the rental property manager notified us that the unit would be unavailable and moved us to a much smaller unit. As my Wife and I were hosting a Friendsgiving dinner, we asked to be moved somewhere else and this is what we were offered. The person that assisted us deserves all the praise for saving our dinner as it was an excellent Condo to have a very nice dinner with friends.

Return to Park city

We had an amazing stay in Park city! It snowed the whole time we were there. The location of the property at the base of your valley is a prime location to get to Main Street and Park city resort. The property is dated but it serves its purpose and has everything that you would need. The bedrooms are a good size, unfortunately consensus was that the beds were not the most comfortable. There is plenty of room unfortunately in the condo. we were not able to use the Jacuzzi due to weather conditions. Overall is was a great stay 😊

Communication is excellent

There was an issue with the property owner’s description. They said SUPs (paddle boards) where on-site at the rental. I could not find them. I reached out to the management company and they responded immediately. There was a lot of back and forth of looking around to find them, but in the end they were not here. They covered the cost me to rent one up to a certain dollar amount, which was appreciated.

LOVED the property, BUT

The area is stunning and the condo is very well equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately both myself and my son-in-law had to sleep in the livingroom due to the movement in the beds when our spouses moved at all. Additionally, their were paint chips in the washer that ended up all over a dress that was intended to be worn to a wedding AND, the hot tub was not functioning and in need of being cleaned. My emails of complaint were immediately dealt with to my satisfaction. It deeply saddens me to leave a negative rating on this lovely condo but I know that all these issues are easily retified.
