Location! Location! Location! Walk to Park City Mountain base. Or take the direct ten minute bus to check out the newly expanded Deer Valley terrain. Perfect for skiers, borders and everyone looking to enjoy this beautiful winter wonderland. Stay in this newly remodeled Park City condo- right in Old Town. One and a half blocks to Park City Mountain. Sleeps up to 7 guests. Spacious open floor plan. New beds, new bathrooms and showers, open concept kitchen, beautifully decorated dining and living rooms. Each room has been outfitted with new furniture, rugs, a smart tv, lots of storage, and all the amenities you would expect at a fine hotel. New, full size washer and dryer in unit. Cozy gas fireplace in the living room. We've added lots of comfy seating for your entire group to enjoy after a day of skiing and boarding. Dedicated underground, covered parking spot in the building.

This unit sleeps 7 comfortably. The primary bedroom has a king bed with luxurious linens and an attached bathroom. The bathroom has an oversize, spa tub, and a vanity with double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin XL trundle bed that can be rolled out to accommodate a third person in this bedroom. The living room features a queen pullout sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress for an additional two guests.

This location is amazing! Walk to Park City Mountain Base. The condo is located 1.5 blocks (slightly uphill) to the Park City main parking lot. Easy stroll to Old Town restaurants and bars. Don't feel like walking? The free Park City transit bus stop is on the corner. It will take you everywhere including the Deer Valley ski resort. Everything you need for a great vacation is within 3 blocks: Starbucks, grocery stores, pharmacy, and ski/rental shops. Sundance venues are just a few blocks away.

No car necessary. Uber up from the SLC airport then walk or take the free bus everywhere. It's that simple! There is so much to do, even for non-skiers. Park City Library is right down the street for movies and relaxing reading spaces. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing on the Park City golf course are just a few blocks away.

New for 2025-2026 Ski Season. Deer Valley has doubled their terrain! Skiers can take a direct bus from our corner right to the Snow Park Base at Deer Valley. This easy 10 minute bus ride that lets you off right at their lifts.

Near Main Street

The condo was very clean, bright, and spacious. I liked the open kitchen/dining/living area where we could all hang out. Less than a mile from the heart of Park City Main Street, it was an easy walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Great to avoid downtown parking! The host is very prompt in responding to any questions. Would stay there again.

Small Group Ski Apartment

This apartment is perfect for a small group snow trip. Walking distance (though uphill) to Park City base and a bus stop right outside the door. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the common areas provided plenty of space for eating and hanging out. Walking distance to the foot of downtown and the parking situation made life extremely easy. This would be a great spot for a group of 4. Hard to ask much more from a spot.

Plenty of space and great location

Overall, we were impressed with the layout of the property. Two generous bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. The property was very clean and easy walking distance to ski lifts, public transport and town.

Wonderful location!

This condo was a great place to stay in during our brief trip for skiing/snowboarding/Sundance. Downtown Park City main street were only a few blocks away and there is a bus stop almost right outside the door. The condo was updated, clean, qnd we appreciated the comfortable furniture. The ownerts were responsive.

Excellent Rental

Tracey gets an A+ on her condo and she was very responsive. Everything was as pictured, very clean and well stocked. Bus pick-up was just a few minutes away but it’s only about a 15-minute walk to Main Street for dining, shopping, etc. Grocery stores, Walgreens and other restaurants are also within a short walk. There’s no shortage of things to do in Park City in the summer! Definitely recommend this condo unit
would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Park City

Condo was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed was there and Tracey was extremely helpful with recommendations before we arrived. Location is great, super easy to access free city bus to get to old town Park City, market etc and the walk over to Park City Legacy Lodge was just a few minutes. Overall, a terrific stay!

Loved everything about our stay. Condo was as described and well appointed. Location to the ski lifts was excellent, just a few blocks away. Downtown Park City for shopping and dinners was super convenient. We would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent Park City Condo!

This condo was perfect for two couples. Its is within walking distance to main street and all the lifts at the base. The rental had everything we needed for a week of skiing. Highly recommend!!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The location was fantastic. It was about a half mile walk to Main Street and only about a block and a half to the lift. Parking was easy under the building. Tracey was fantastic to work with and quickly answered all of my questions.

Spring break

I took two of my sons to Park City to ski. The condo we rented was exactly what we needed in terms of parking, proximity to the slopes, and overall space we needed from long days in the slopes. Tracey was quick to respond to all of my questions and we look forward to coming back again.

Tracey, the owner, was a delight to work with. She was very responsive and you could feel her smile come across in her responses. The condo was well stocked and everything worked nicely. The water pressure was a bit temperamental- easily worked around but could slow things down when it acted up which wasn’t all the time Great location (10min walk to the base, bus stops nearby,) comfortable condo and considerate owner makes for a great stay

We've been skiing in Park City and around Utah for 25+ years. Our family has grown up skiing in these mountains and we love it here! So much that we decided to renovate our condo and share it with all of you. We know you will enjoy the mountain life as much as we do.

Primary Bedroom:
Super comfortable, large bedroom with a king size bed with luxury linens, smart tv and en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a spa tub, designer shower and double sinks.

Second Bedroom:
Oversize bedroom features a new queen bed with a twin XL trundle bed that rolls out when needed. Smart tv and loads of storage space.

Hall Bathroom:
Huge designer walk-in shower with soft, plush towels.

Kitchen:
Open concept kitchen with a breakfast bar that comfortably seats 3 people. Great for working, socializing and dining. Kitchen offers every amenity including refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and a full range of cookware, flatware and dishes to entertain family and friends.

Dining Room/Living Room:
Large open concept living area so your whole group can hang out together. Gas fireplace in living room adds warmth and charm. 55" HDTV. Large dining table seats 6 adults.

Laundry Room:
Private, new full size washer and dryer in the in-unit laundry room.

Professionally cleaned following strict CDC guidelines.

New initial supplies including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent for each stay.
