I have traveled the world and stayed in hundreds of places. My vision for our trip to Martha's Vineyard was to have an authentic experience--to blend in with the locals and feel like We were part of the community. Well, this cottage helped us accomplish this so perfectly. It is only a block from the Main Street but feels like you are in remote countryside. The cottage is perfectly located near the two main towns--Edgartown and Oakbluff. The cottage is also perfectly decorated and equipped. I truly felt like I was in my own home. The owners are so warm and kind. There is a quaint patio and yard to enjoy and you are only a block from the local beach. Rent this cottage if you can. You won't be disappointed.
What a special property. Located a three minute walk from the ferry and steps from Main Streetâs shops and restaurants, this beautiful, bright cottage is situated perfectly. The beautiful photos still donât do it justice. Itâs even better in person with a spacious living area and all the amenities including a smart TV to connect to all your shows and a wireless speaker to connect to all your music. But, the real treat is the spacious patio with an absolutely huge yard full of fruit trees and flowers. In our week stay we were also visited by several animal friends; bunnies, cardinals, skunks (they were cute!) and a couple of friendly neighborhood cats. A truly magical experience on MV.
Fully equiped in town stylish home. Excellent, comfortable furniture. Easy access to main st Vineyard Haven. Great place for two. Very clean, comfortable, relaxed place.
I had a wonderful stay in the cottage house. Itâs incredibly convenient to Main Street but also very private. Everything was easy. I appreciated the parking, laundry, kitchen equipment, beach chairs and towels, nice linens and comfy sitting room. Itâs a great place for 1-2 people!
We had a lovely stay at Tracey's cottage. She was very easy to communicate with, so friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The place was so cozy that we immediately felt like home.
The location was perfect - not even a block away from the main street, and less than 5-min walk from the Stop & Shop, but yet it felt secluded and quiet. We didn't have a car and it was not a problem getting around with our bikes.
With the coronavirus pandemic, we were glad that the place was away from the crowds. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the washer and dryer made it easy to sanitize and clean our clothes. The back patio furniture was perfect to enjoy our breakfast and our takeaways. We felt really safe staying at her place!
The cottage is very clean and beautifully decorated with a beach theme throughout every room.
The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook.
The location is terrific- just steps away from Main Street yet the propery is very private.
We would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful house! Perfect for my wife and our infant son. Owners were very friendly and the check-in/our process was easy. House is located just off Main Street in Vineyard Haven, close to shops, restaurants and a short drive away from some of the other surrounding towns/beaches. Weâd definitely stay here again!

Very cozy and comfortable in-town cottage
This is a charming 1 BR cottage just steps from Main Street in Vineyard Haven. Walk to everything, including small beach, grocery, coffee shop, gym etc. Clean and cheerful. Modern furnishings fully equipped, with Roku Television, Roomy Bed and Bath. Small back terrace. Yard is ample but needs grass cutting! Only drawback for master chefs is lack of dish washer.
This cottage is super cute and well stock with everything you need, including washer and dryer. It's 1/2 block from the town of Vineyard Haven but the cottage is well hidden from the road and very quiet. The easy access to town is a plus. Great shopping. We went to Edgartown and Oak Bluffs and would prefer to stay in Tisbury. Tisbury is not as crowned and the other towns and you can get to Edgartown in 8 miles and Oak Bluff in 3. Easy to get around the whole Island.
The cottage was beyond charming! Beautifully decorated, whimsical touches, incredibly comfortable and spotless. It had everything one would need to cook and new appliances too boot. The bed was most cozy and restful. Tracey is just dear and responsive to questions and recommendations. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to return!
