A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the neighboring resident's fences or property. If you're interested in stunning lookouts and bushwalking trails, Mt. Maroon, Wyaralong Dam, and Mt. Lindesay are just a few of the attractions in the area.

MN Happy Nest by Tiny Away sits in a rural locality in Kooralbyn of the Scenic Rim Region. Where you can explore bushwalking trails, campsites, and other attractions. Just an hour's drive from the city of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

- Mt. Lindesay is a difficult trail with a 2.1-mile out-and-back trail that is best climbed by experienced hikers.
- Mt. Maroon has some of the best views and the most challenging bushwalking trails in South-East Queensland.
- Curtis Falls Walking Track, is a tranquil path leading to a beautiful waterfall and natural pool, teeming with turtles and fish.
- Camel Farm is a farm that uses organic and sustainable farming practices and offers farm tours and dairy produce to visitors.

- Firewood provided at extra cost $25 per bag
- Telstra & Optus have good signal, Vodafone has no signal
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 8 PM, as the area is quite rural
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent before arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
