The space:
Our single-story, 1711 sq ft house is nestled on spacious farmland and offers accessibility and convenience with just a single step up to the porch and inside. It features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests.

The primary bedroom offers comfort and privacy with a king bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and ample luggage storage. The primary bathroom is equipped with a handicap-accessible shower and a separate tub. The second bedroom, accessible from the living room, features a queen bed, smart TV, clothing storage, and a dedicated workspace. The shared full bathroom, accessible from both the second bedroom and the walkway between the kitchen and game room, offers convenience with a shower and a child toilet seat. In the third bedroom, accessed from the game room, you'll find two twin XL bunk beds and a smart TV. A half bathroom is located by the primary bedroom and accessible from the dining room, kitchen, and living room.

You will find a fully stocked kitchen with all of the major appliances, perfect for preparing a fantastic meal at home. The dining room is the perfect setting for family feasts, with an extendable table. You can also opt for barstool seating along the island or transform the pool table in the game room into a dining table for additional options.

Head into our cozy game room to enjoy our three-in-one table: dining room table, ping pong, or pool table while enjoying the game on our two 42-inch FireTVs. Enjoy a drink in front of the living room fireplace while recovering from spending the day on the lake/on the slopes, at one of the many parks and trails in the area, or from the many activity centers or arcades in the area.

Outdoor living is incredible here, with a private patio featuring outdoor seating, a hot tub for getting some relaxation, and a covered charcoal grill for al fresco cooking. There is also a fire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy a fire and star gazing!

Guest access:
You will have access to this entire home and will have complete privacy. Entry is keyless and we will send you the code to enter the home before check-in.

Please be aware that our smart TVs are only equipped with Netflix (use your own login) or screen mirroring capabilities.

To comply with the required noise ordinance, we have installed two outdoor cameras, a door bell camera, and two noise sensors in the house.
