Cashin Cottage is For Sale. Stylish renovations and centrally located.
Cashin Cottage is a fully renovated 70's Beach House ideal for a family of 4. The house was fully renovated in 2022 with modern fittings, new kitchen, air con and styled nicely throughout. It has a great outdoor entertaining area that includes heating, couches, table, bbq and a TV for (stream your own service). Cashin Cottage is like a warm hug on a winters day or a great private summer weekend or school holiday.
The nearest surf beach is at the end of Ozone Street in Inveloch. On the property there is a great sized backyard (secure) and a basketball hoop.
location is great, near some cafes and neighbourhood wine bar, short walk to creek path that leads to beach, probably a little far if you are bringing all your beach stuff.
We had a great stay at Cashin Cottage. The place was within walking distance of the beach, shops and of course, the winery. House and beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities you could wish for.
Cashin Cottage had everything needed for a long weekend away and Inverloch is a great place to base yourself to explore the local area. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all the bits we needed and the couch had enough space for us to spend a day binging Netflix when the weather turned bad! Would definitely stay again.
Our second visit to Cashin Cottage as I was so impressed with our first stay! Well located, beautiful and neat little cottage just perfect for us. Reasonably close to stunning beach walks. We will be back!
Thanks Paul for letting us stay at your Cottage. Myself, my wife and our dog had a very relaxing stay. Loved your property and the Inverloch township. Not far to the shops/cafes and we visited the Dirty Three Winery! Will be back again!
My wife and I were able to celebrate four birthdays during our stay at Inverloch with our son and family who lived there. Location was excellent and our daughter also from interstate joined us. Everything was provided to make our stay very comfortable'
What a delightful cottage in Inverloch. Reasonably close to all that Inverloch has to offer. Super neat and super clean. True to its description. Scarlett (dog) enjoyed the big enclosed and safe back yard. Communication with the owners was great and very helpful. I wouldnât hesitate to book again!
The property was presented in very clean condition. Itâs located in a quiet zone but close enough to be able to walk to the town centre. The well equipped kitchen allowed us to eat at home as desired. The secure backyard was a big hit with our dogs. We would be happy to return at any time.
Excellent little house for we 2. Clean, all we needed, and not cluttered with stuff you donât need!
Great for 2 adults and 2 kids. There is a bed allowing for 3 in 2nd bedroom - ok for short stay.
Front fly-wire latch needs attention, and most doors need lubricating - as do the latch gates.
Nonetheless - excellent for our needs

The house was immaculate, a very high standard. Every thing was supplied and walking distance to shops and secure parking in drive. Back yard was also secure and excellent for our dogs. We will highly recommend it.
Thank you to our host Paul and family.
I needed somewhere quiet with good internet to get some work done away from all the distractions. This property really suited what I wanted. Quiet residential street, nice deck out the back to catch some rays between work sessions and a reasonable walk to the beach. Overall, well presented (I'm guessing the bathroom is next on the list for renovations...), kitchen well stocked, comfy lounge and a good night's sleep on a comfy bed. Also, large if basic back yard. Host very accomodating and good communication
We are a family of 5, all boys ranging from 13 to 20. We live between Inverloch closer to the Surf Club and the City (Northside). Christine is in psychology and Paul is a Counsellor.
Cashin Cottage was our first house in Inverloch and project over COVID. We thought if we're stuck at home we might as well be useful. The property was rented out permanently in '22 to '23 and became a holiday rental since then.
The house has been renovated for our own use so we took care to make it look presentable. The location is awesome and we loved strolling to Dirty Three winery for an afternoon of wine over a cheese platter. These days we ride our bikes, it's not quite the same but we manage.
