Fabulous location and experience!
We had the most amazing stay at this beach home and can’t wait to return! From the moment we walked in, it felt so warm, inviting, and beautifully put together. The décor is fresh and stylish, like something out of a design magazine—cozy yet elevated, with new furniture, quality linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything was spotless and smelled fresh, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing getaway.
The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked—honestly, you could bake a whole cake from scratch if you wanted to! Every amenity was there, which made it feel like home, only better.
The layout worked perfectly for us. The upstairs Primary bedroom has a private deck with an unobstructed view of the bay—absolutely stunning. The second upstairs bedroom features a queen and a bunk bed (with the lower bunk being full or possibly a queen—either way, roomy and comfy). On the main floor, there's another bunk bed setup with the same larger bottom bunk and even cute stairs to the top—perfect for easy access.
The views are truly unbeatable. Full bay views right from the home, and we even spotted seals swimming by—such a treat! It’s an easy walk to the beach and the delightful Schooner Restaurant, where we enjoyed great food, friendly service, and live music on some nights. It’s also a quick drive to explore nearby beaches, hiking trails, and even golfing. We played two days in a row at The Mook at Alderbrook, and it was absolutely beautiful.
We truly fell in love with this place. It has everything you need for a relaxing, memorable stay—and then some. Can’t recommend it highly enough. We’re already planning our next trip back!
