Newly remodeled Unit! Two bedrooms, 1 bath 3rd (top) floor unit, no elevator. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and smart TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed with sliding doors between the main living area for privacy. This condo provides 600 square ft. of comfortable living space. Air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans and portable fans are provided.
Full kitchen, private lanai, ceiling fans, Smart TV in the living room and bedroom to stream your favorite apps. Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler and beach towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer in unit! Sleeps up to 4 guests total including children and infants.
Enjoy the ambiance of old Hawaii with the coconut palms swaying and ocean sounds from your private lanai. Sunrises and moon rise from the resort grounds are awe-inspiring! The condo was clean, had a great view and was stocked so well! It was nice to have beach chairs, a cooler, even to-go silverware for our beach picnics and adventures! Every little thingw e needed was stocked in the kitchen and laundry area. Those things can make a difference when you need a small amount of oil to cook some eggs but don't want to buy a full one at Safeway. The location is great! Walkable to many things in Kapaa and a nice beach to chill out on. We also loved having coffee on the lanai. Great hosts!

Location is great near shops and restaurants. The property itself is not the nicest view. Furniture uncomfortable and lack of amenities like kitchen spices and beach umbrella. It is safe and good if you plan to be out all tbe tine

While the unit is just steps from the beach, please note that it is not an ocean view unit. We believe it offers great value given its proximity to both the beach and town.

Regarding the amenities, we provide a variety of beach gear including chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler for our guests' convenience. Additionally, our kitchen is equipped with basic essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper to make your stay more enjoyable.

Worked well!
The condo has a great location, across the street from Ross, Safeway and the best shaved ice in town. It's also near the only Tiki Bar we could find a cute brewery.
The beach supplies were super handy, we had everything we need for our party of 4. The beach by the condo is not very swimmable, but great to go see the sunrise in the morning. Beaches close by you can swim at. :)

Our vacation rental experience was perfect. Our vacation rental was located perfectly in the middle of Kapaa, with shopping, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, and beaches within walking distance. It literally took 2 minutes to get the beach. We loved our vacation rental. It had every amenity needed for a great stay, (inviting property, comfortable rooms, kitchen, and washer/dryer). If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, we would recommend this property to anyone!

Our trip was cancelled to Maui and we switched islands at the last minute. I called Garden Island Properties and the office staff was so amazing and helpful in such a stressful time. Sarah is the best!!! She booked us at the Kauai Kailani #315 site unseen and we were happy with the condo. The condo was remodeled and updated and very clean. It is in the middle of the island so perfect for activates we had planned on the South or North shore. There was not an ocean view which was ok and the beach area was not good for swimming, but there are multiple beaches close by. We always went to Lyngate beach that had large lava rock that made a pool to swim in because the waves were huge. We saw so many fish and enjoyed that beach. The office staff checked on us and always replied to emails in a timely manner. We had a really great stay in Kauai!
