The villa has an open style design which helps generate the welcome breezes throughout the villa. The villa is exposed to the sun from early morning until sunset so is a wonderful choice for sun worshipers.
The villa has a spacious deck with plenty of space to lounge and soak up the sun.
There is also outdoor seating which is perfect for enjoying the views while you have your breakfast lunch or dinner.
The living area features an indoor dining area and a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped to cater to all your meals. There is a beautiful sectional that also connects with the outdoor area. You can sit here and relax while watching your favorite movie or sports game. The villa is equipped with U.S Satellite.
The villa has 4 stunning ensuite bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms and two guest bedrooms. The first master bedroom is located in a separate bungalow next to the kitchen and features a queen size bed with ocean views.
The second master bedroom also has a king-sized bed and is similar in size to the first master. There is an ensuite bathroom also.
Two guest bedrooms are in another bungalow and are on the opposite side of the main house. One of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed while the other features twin beds that can also be converted into a queen. These rooms are similar in size, with a slightly smaller bathroom than the master bedrooms, and an indoor shower.
Adjacent to the second master bedroom is a small fitness room and a home cinema.
