Villa Lagon Jaune Estate est une grande propriété composée de 2 villas reliées et située à Petit Cul de Sac, au sein du Domaine du Levant, l'une des propriétés les plus calme et exclusive de St Barth. La premiÚre partie de la propriété est composée de 4 chambres et une piscine. A 1 minute à pieds se trouve la deuxiÚme partie avec 2 chambres et une seconde piscine. Toute la propriété offre une vue imprenable sur le lagon turquoise. La plage du lagon est à 150m de la villa.

Nous avons passé de trÚs belles vacances dans ce écrain de beauté et de paix ! Un excellent accueil, service impeccable et une trÚs grande gentillesse de personnes qui nous ont pris en charge. Je recommande vivement ! Nous allons revenir l'année prochaine !!!

Superbe villa avec vue sur la baie et la mer mĂȘme de la piscine. MĂ©nage fait tous les jours par une personne trĂšs sympathique et efficace. Le responsable nous a toujours donnĂ© de bons conseils sur les plages, restaurants et activitĂ©s. Il nous Ă  chouchoutĂ©! Villa was beautiful and Pierre was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay. All of his recommendations were spot on: diving, in villa massage, in villa chef, restaurants, and fresh croissants + French baguettes delivered daily, He even met us at airport to help with car rental, luggage and to follow him to villa. My entire family had a great stay. The only two things to be aware of are: no airco in main areas of the house , only the bedrooms and the mosquitos. Even though the villa is sprayed weekly and we also sprayed, the mosquitos were still an issue.

Loving Life at Lagon Jaune

Just back from a wonderful week at Lagon Jaune--a terrific villa for a family or group of friends to use as home base for enjoying all that St. Bart's has to offer. The indoor outdoor main living space is so comfortable. The pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days. The furnished outdoor deck is perfect for more intimate gatherings. And the view of the bay at Petit Cul de Sac is spectacular! Each well furnished bedroom comes with its own large and comfortable bathroom. The kitchen worked just fine for dining in. And we loved the morning croissants and baguettes delivered daily. Finally, Pierre is extremely responsive and accommodating for any and all needs and requests. He helped us secure reservations and connected us with a great caterer for a lovely brunch at the villa. Lagon Jaune is somewhat removed from the hubbub of the main areas of the island--we loved that!!

Nearly perfect

First of all a big thanks to Pierre for the great service he and his team provided. From the moment we booked to the day we left he was very attentive. Now for the property itself. The place is wonderful - great comforts and convenience as if you never left home. You wake up to a beautiful view and a morning baguette or croissant. The three bedrooms (it has four but we only used three) were great. Each with a bathroom. The living room and outdoor dining room are spacious. Having two kids - the pool was a huge hit. You are 5 minutes walk from a tranquil beach and there are two paddle boards to use. You will need a car as most restaurants and shops are 15-20 minutes away. One thing to note - and through no fault of the Villa management - there are lot of mosquitoes - be prepared. Pierre provided two mosquito racquets and some slow burning mosquito coils. We will return someday!

Incredible way to experience St Barth - an absolute jewel

The occasion was a combined 50th birthday and 25th anniversary for one couple - a party of 10 to celebrate with 6 of us staying at Lagon Jaune. I organized the stay for the 6 of us, looking at probably 30-40 villas from among EVERY villa that met my basic criteria (200+) , selecting about 6 to approach and ultimately deciding on this one. If you are a party of 6 +/-, don't bother looking elsewhere for the same price, this is your villa. This is what sold us: #1: Pierre is fantastic - super responsive both before and during the whole stay. #2. As far as I can tell, there is probably no other villa you can find that has access to tennis courts #3. It's secluded, off the beaten track with a beautiful little beach no one goes to. #4. The Natural Pool ! An incredible natural feature over the point of land, a half hour's walk, and a delightful way to experience old St Barth - the St Barth settled by Norman and Breton farmers hundreds of years ago, who built now-ancient stone walls and penned goats. A complete surprise and utterly delightful. #5. The setting of a lifetime for 2-3 great parties for our whole party of 10, including American Thanksgiving. Beyond that, I cannot speak highly enough of St Barth. The residents, restauranteurs, waitstaff, customs officials, etc are extraordinarily friendly and there is no Parisian snobbery despite the very "haute" aspects of the island - from my experience it's like visiting the right parts of Provence. As to speaking French or English It's flexible in the way Montreal is, which was especially entertaining as one of us is a (very outgoing) Montrealer who speaks both Quebecois and standard French. My final comment - part of me really doesn't want to write this review, because others will find out and maybe it'll be harder for me to book. But that's unfair, hence the posting. I can't wait to go back!

Absolute peace & tranquility

To begin with, Pierre, the property's manager couldn't have been more helpful and easy to get in touch with. The villa exceeded all of our expectations in EVERY way and has a fabulous floor plan, privacy and an incredible view of the Petit Cul De Sac lagoon which was excellent in watching sunsets each evening. I recommend to staying here to anyone!

Amazing Villa and Host

The entire experience of staying at Villa Lagon Jaune was amazing. First, the manager, Pierre, is wonderfully helpful at taking care of various aspects of the trip, like meeting us at arrival, arranging restaurant reservations, and giving local recommendations. Second, the villa is beautiful, overlooking the ocean, and in a nice peaceful location with easy access to the beach. A maid came everyday to clean the villa, which was great. My friends and I had a great trip to St Barths and this villa helped make the trip awesome.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. The villa has everything you would want in a vacation in paradise -- pool, awesome views, walking distance to beach, access to kayaks and paddle boats, and a manager, Pierre, who is tremendously helpful and nice. We will definitely be back!

During the past august 2013 we stayed at the lagon jaune villa located at petit cul de sac beach. The villa is beautiful, very spacious and has breath-taking views. It also has an incredible sun deck and pool area. Once you go in the pool you never want to leave the villa. The villa was very neat and clean. The daily cleaning service allowed us to really enjoy our vacation. The customer service was great. Pierre picked us up at the airport and dropped us off too. Additionally, he made numerous reservations for our family at top restaurants. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped. The villa complex is very private and has top security. The private beach is great for snorkeling, sunbathing and kayaking. We really enjoyed our time at lagon jaune villa.
