Spring Break

We drove from Maine for spring break and wanted to spend some time on the beach. The location was perfect out the door and literally on the sand. The condo wasn't as clean as expected but after some wiping down was fine. It served it's purpose a place to sleep after relaxing at the beach all day.

Amazing views

I will have to say the home was amazing the views topped it all. The room had a vomit smell in the bedroom I called they sent someone out but never got rid of the smell the last day there we realized it was the curtains yuck the master bathroom has zero cold water they also sent someone out and he said it was cause it was hot outside but all other area in the unit had cold water. The resort was not the best the floor has a horrible smell on it and the pools could have been cleaner but other than that we had a great time.

Room was ok. Could use a little more cleaning. Hotel needs to be updated as it smells like ashtrays in the hallways. Several spots have bad rust, ceilling tiles in the hot tub area needs to be replaced. Would not rent this place again

Overall good place but could use a few adjustments

Overall this was a very nice little condo right on the beach. It could have been a little more clean, several of the dishes (in the cupboard) were dirty and had to be washed before use, carpet needed a good shampooing, dresser drawers needed wiped out before use, etc. They provided very few bath towels and wash cloths, for four people for a week stay, and the front desk would not supply anymore. Had to supply our own trash bags, toilet paper and necessities. Also, they claim to have a coffee pot as an amenity but it is really a Keurig and we had to go buy pods to use in it since we brought ground coffee. Overall a nice, quiet and relaxing place to stay. We felt safe hear and were only steps away from the beach/oceanfront.

Comfortable stay; property use instructions may need some review.

Overall we had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed this two bedroom, two bath, condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. This condo was not our first choice, but filled the void when I, perchance (a week before arriving), found my first choice balcony closed due to painting of the building - I had not been told about this. Evolve worked with me to find a suitable replacement. Unfortunately, upon arrival to the property our family couldn't unlock the entry door. We had never seen nor used a lock like this before. The instructions lacked clarity to properly use it. Though, after a locksmith was summoned by the Evolve team and he demonstrated the procedure it was very clear. The Evolve team was very patient with us and got us through the door and onto our now relaxful weekend beach stay.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - Thank you for staying with us. We sincerely apologize for the trouble you faced while trying to open the door. The lock is a standard Schlage key code lock, a convenient choice used in many rentals, including our condominium, to provide a hassle-free experience for our guests. We haven't encountered similar issues with other guests being unable to use the lock system and it's worth noting that the lock is less than a year old. - Despite our guest contact's efforts to assist you with detailed instructions on using the lock system, we understand that accessing the property was still challenging. - After hiring a locksmith to come out and help, it was found that the door was fully operational and you were able to gain access to the condo. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Mixed reviews

The check in process was very easy, we got a text the day before that the room was going to be ready early, that was great as we were able to change in the room and then head to the pool. Unfortunately the building was full of cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke. There were 2 security guards who occasionally came to check for wristbands, but didn't enforce the smokers. A lot of very young unsupervised kids as well. I was the only adult per almost 20 kids at one point. I did complain and they did nothing about it. The unit itself was nice, do backup toilet paper in each bathroom though so bring your own!! Sliding glass door in the bedroom with the full/queen did not lock which was a safety issue being 19 floors up. It had a wooden rod in the track to prevent someone from opening. I would say couch needs a good cleaning, and the walls and baseboards need to be wiped down, not quality cleaning at all. I had to clean when we got there. Overall I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the facilities, and it is much more dated than the pictures reflect.
