Perfect house for a ladies week in Palm Springs! The house was beautifully & efficiently setup. The proximity to Palm Springs restaurants, Indian Wells, shopping, and the airport was fantastic. We also good full advantage of the inviting pool and relaxing hot tub.

The Hercules house was beautiful and in a perfect location for us. It was only 7 minutes from the airport. We were in a perfect location to explore Palm Springs, San Diego and the LA area easily. We had everything we needed and the Poppy Team was so responsive when we had questions. Thank you for a great vacation!

Relaxing Stay

This was such a wonderful location to see the sights of Palm Springs, but also relax and get away from the everyday bustle that is daily life.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was great for our family vacation. We loved the pool and hot tub. Nice bed linens and towels. Guests planning to cook should note there is no salt, pepper, olive oil, cooking spray, foil, etc.

Beautiful home, perfect for a relaxing get away

My family and I love to travel to Palm Springs and relax. This home was the perfect place. It was clean, spacious and well decorated! The little extras like the board games were very appreciated, our kids (6 and 8) loved playing chess and checkers. The pool was the perfect temperature and we loved cooking outside on the grill. Any issues we had Poppy were fast to respond and help us out! Would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful Home, Pet-friendly, Friendly Service

I stayed here with my husband and dog so I could attend a conference. Local family also came to visit during our stay. The house is actually better looking in person. Everything was shiny and new. We did have to contact management after hours, but the problem (a smoke detector with low battery) was fixed in minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

It was fine

Clean and uncluttered. Mostly well stocked with essentials. You may want to address the following water issues: cloudy water in the hallway bathroom sink and water temp in entire house was super low...took a long time to heat the water in sinks and shower and it never really got hot. Kleenex would be an ideal added amenity to have for guests.

Hercules House

Great floor plan and very comfortable. However, the towels smelled like they were left in the wash for too long then dried. Only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights and 8 guests, and 1 roll of paper towels. So we had to go buy some items that should be included in a vrbo rental. And bc the weather was unusually cool for PS we asked to have the pool heated (at our cost) and we were told no. Overall we had a great time with a few inconveniences!

Fantastic Stay

Getaway with 4 adults and 4 kids - the home is beautiful, images online are very accurate and don't do justice to the home. Beds are very comfortable, lots of extras in kitchen for cooking, very nice washer and dryer. Our kids loved the home and had nothing but great things to say about the rooms and living area. Pool/Spa were great - the outdoor space felt like we were at a little desert resort. The fire pit, colored lights in pool and waterfall were such cool add ons. The home was clean with beautiful decor and the checkin/check out process was very easy. Management responsiveness is excellent and very helpful. The only negatives - Fridge / Freezer really don't get very cold, we tried to freeze ice pops but they never froze (3 night stay). There is a lot of warning about this in the listing so just keep it in mind. We found an empty beer bottle and cup in one of the bedrooms from a previous stay which to me just meant the cleaning crew needs to be more diligent, but we had no other issues with the cleanliness at all. Overall a GREAT stay and we would definitely come back.

Hercules House was a great place for our two week family vacation. The property is exactly as pictured in the photos and the location is centrally located for just about anything you’d want to do. Poppy Management was so responsive to several questions we had. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars across the board is the kitchen could use a few more basics, like a cookie sheet or pizza pan, an assortment of plastic bags, a broom, etc. I’ve stayed at many other properties of this same quality/price-point and they have provided a few more amenities in the kitchen which is especially nice since this properly is now only available for a minimum of 30 days. I would have rented again for next year however 30 days doesn’t work for our family just yet. I wouldn’t hesitate however to recommend it to anyone.
